"Friendly staff and great customer service... room was nice and clean. Stayed there for a couple days before leaving Dominican Republic what was great just across the street there was plenty of restaurants to choose from depending on your taste, a mall that eas 10 mijutes away from the hotel"

"Secrets, Cap Cana, was a kept secret for us, LOL! First time there and what a pleasant surprise. The resort besides being beautiful, is just the right size for me (not too big but not that small either- no extreme walks to get to the pool area, breakfast area, etc.) The room was super spotless. The staff was extremely helpful (they went out of their way to help/guide, etc.), very courteous and cheerful as well. No complaints about the food, plentiful and great tasting at the buffet as well as the different restaurants. Great seafood place for lunch, tried the Hibachi, French and seafood for dinner and they did not disappoint! Wow! Definitely coming back here more often!"
