Il personale Molto disponibile, hanno subito sistemato un errore avvenuto in fase di prenotazione. Inoltre la camera aveva una vista mare bellissima. Poteva essere migliore il servizio al bar invece. In generale il soggiorno è stato gradevole!

Correct pour un court séjour
Globalement correct. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. On a bénéficié d'une grande chambre avec deux balcons (un peu de mobilier comme une table et deux chaises auraient été bienvenue sur l’un des balcons). On a accès directement à la plage de sable et à la grande piscine. Autour de l’hôtel pas grand chose donc il faut absolument une voiture si vous souhaiter visiter sans être dépendant des excursions de l’hôtel. Le buffet par contre a peu d'intérêt : peu de choix et nourriture insipide. Par contre deux mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée : - On a essayé de me faire payer le parking alors qu'il était indiqué gratuit et inclus sur la réservation. - Pas de wifi gratuit alors qu'il était indiqué gratuit et inclus sur la réservation..

posizione incantevole.......su una magnifica baia......la nota negativa e la cucina che abbiamo avuto il modo di poter VALUTARE......almeno nel periodo del nostro soggiorno....... i piatti presentati sempre gli stessi ed i costi per quello che si e mangiato elevati............e non credo che debba essere un cliente a dire cosa vuole mangiare .............tenendo conto che in altri luoghi abbiamo mangiato divinamente........

Very bad experience
Service really poor and unpolite staff. Restaurant managed very badly with non competent manager and food under any standard. Breakfast basic with coffee served in plastic cup. Wifi only in common area and old TVs in room my was not working. Noisy staff too. Only good aspect perfect location x holiday

L'unico aspetto positivo di questo hotel è la posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia. Il paese di Licata è distante e non raggiungibile a piedi, pertanto la struttura è consigliabile solo per chi si muove in automobile. Anche se tra i servizi proposti compare il wifi e il noleggio biciclette, entrambi non sono disponibili. L'utilizzo della piscine prevede un pagamento a parte. Animazione rumorosa e di pessima qualità.

Good location but bad value for money
Unfriendly stuff, constant noise and very loud music at every hour of te day and night (from a club near by). Great location on the beach but overall would not recommend at all. Bad value for money

El desayuno era bastante pobre , el hotel daba a la playa pero se debia pagar servicio adicional por las sobrillas y reposeras, la wifi no andaba en la habitacion , solo en el hall. La ubicacion era lejos de algun centro comercial.

Good service from some Staff.The breakfast was very bad because they havent got Any kitchen staff Who was answering for the breakfast.The poolarea and the beach was brilliant! Anyway we recommends this hotel because the stuff listen and really tryed to change to the better, even the breakfast got better when we complain.

Hôtel club, peu fréquenté hors saison, donc assez "mort" et isolé de la ville de Licata. Ok pour une nuit étape, mais un peu tristounet pour un séjour en mai par exemple.

"Hotel mediocre. Che peccato!"
- La porta della camera non poteva essere chiusa a chiave, altrimenti si rischiava di restare dentro per ore. - Il box doccia aveva le ante penzolanti. Risultato: la sala da bagno si allagava.Il secondo giorno hanno dimenticato a portare i teli da doccia. - La persiana in legno era molto usurata; il pavimento del balcone pieno di polvere e terriccio proveniente dall'intonaco esterno che in alcuni punti si era staccato. - L'ombrellone e le due sdraio del lido ogni giorno erano diverse, finchè una signora ha reclamato il suo ombrellone affittato stagionalmente e che era stato noleggiato da noi! - La piscina era grande, ma l'acqua torbida e forse con una minima quantità di cloro. - A colazione mancava sempre qualcosa e la si doveva chiedere: cucchiaini, miele, latte fresco, croissant, cereali al cioccolato, ecc... - Alla partenza ci hanno addebitato una cena che noi non abbiamo mai ordinato nè consumato; ed il gestore si è arreso quando ero sul punto di mostrargli la ricevuta del ristorante di Licata dove avevamo realmente cenato la sera prima.

Lausiges Hotel. Die Füllung der Zimmertür war locker. Das Schloss konnte durch Drücken an dem Knauf überlistet werden. Hinweis auf mögliche Diebe wurde beantwortet: Die gibt es hier nicht. WiFi funktioniert angeblich nur bei Apple nicht. Am ersten Morgen war kein Brot um 9:30 Uhr auf dem Buffett vorhanden, konnte auch nicht mehr ergänzt werden. Am letzten Tag, Mitwoch, gab es weder Brot noch Aufschnitt, da an dem Tag der Brotlieferant geschlossen hatte. Die Zufahrt zu dem Hotel ist abenteuerlich, da das Buschwerk auf beiden Seiten der sehr schmalen Einbahnstraße nicht beschnitten war. Die Expedia Beurteilung "3" sollte sofort auf "1" reduziert werden, wirklich ein lausiges Hotel.

we stayed there only for two nights, but were happy to leave as soon as possible. we booked a room with sea view and got a room without balcony and a small window. ok, thats not a big deal as we wanted to spend the day outside and the evening on the beach. unfortunately the beach was closed in the evening. the pool area was almost empty, but very noisy ... maybe because of the worst dj i´ve ever experienced. the air condition of the room didnt work at all, even we informed the staff at the reception about it and they promised that they would activate it from their desk. finally we managed to set up the temp in our room to 16°C, but the room remained hot. also the fan in the bathroom didnt work and we could not lock the door properly. you have to be very lucky to get one of the staff who speaks english. the hotel itself is very noisy and so you can listen to other guest in the corridor as if they are talking in your room. most guests are seniors or families and the hotel was fully booked. the hotel resaurant brings you back to the 80´s and the food was not great either. here i recommend to go for a pizza at the hotel pizzeria beside the pool or to visit one of the nice beach clubs nearby. the breakfast was ok, nothing special and you need to be there very on time as they stop to refill the buffett at around 9:30am. despite of all this inconveniences the staff is very friendly and willing to help even without english and the beach itself is very relaxing and beautiful.

AVOID!!!
This tourist industry monster was completely empty when we check-in. The staff we meet was friendly but bluntly explained that the hotel is practically closed. The worst thing was the bloodthirsty mosquito in the room. We never experienced so many, such sleepless nights and so many baits! Avoid, avoid, avoid! The hotel surroundings were also totally abandoned and only the stray dogs accompany us on the dirty beach. No wireless Internet service and practically no breakfast. We are thankful to the Romanian guy who helped us with his computer.

l hotel BAIA D ORO si trova in una posizione ottima perche si affaccia su una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia ed è vicino a diverse attrazioni turistiche come AGRIGENTO con la VALLE DEI TEMPLI , CALTAGIRONE e LICATA. l unico problema è che bisogna essere provvisti di auto perchè i mezzi pubblici sono praticamente inesistenti.

Hotel Baia D'Oro à Licata
Bel hotel 3 étoiles situé en bord de mer à proximité de Selinonte et Noto. Chambre proprette avec vue sur mer. Environnement très agréable. Vraiment un hotel très sympa dans lequel on pourrait franchement envisager de passer plus d'une semaine. L'hotel possède une superbe piscine nettoyée régulièrement dont plus d'un hotelier belge pourrait s'inspirer. Bonne insonorisation du restaurant dans lequel se déroulait une fête de baptème lors de notre séjour. Evitez par contre le restaurant, un peu décevant. Nous devons cependant souligner que l'hotelier, suite à notre déception concernant la cuisine dans son établissement ne nous a fait payer qu'un repas au lieu de deux (avons passé deux nuits). Très correct. Cet hotel mérite amplement une 4ième étoile.

La posizione dell'hotel è proprio su una baia sabbiosa molto bella, ma intorno all'hotel non c'è nulla. Le camere con vista sul mare hanno una vista spettacolare, ma sono datate ( infissi vecchi, materassi non molto comodi, durante un temporale è entrata acqua in camera ). C'è bisogno di un pò di spirito di adattamento, ma nel complesso l'hotel è accettabile.

How relaxing!
The Hotel Baia D'oro is very close to the sea and extremely relaxing. It does not have a safe in the rooms and breakfast is very poor, but staff will always greet you, even if they do not speak English. The hotel restrauant would not be the best around, but there are two beach clubs within a 3 minute walking distance that are the nicest and worth a visit. The beach is amazing! It was just the nicest relaxing holiday I have had to date. It was a shame that the use of the beach loungers was not included in the price of the stay, but that you have to pay extra on leaving. English is a bit of an issue, but just bring an Italian dictionary. It is great!

Hotellet var i grei stand og det var reint på rommene samt at de hadde grei parkeringsplass. Bassenget var greit og de hadde egen del av stranda reservert til hotellets gjester. Men folkene her var sure og kjeftete. Du må også betale for å bruke basseng og strand. De skulle ha 15 euro per dag for oss fire. Det er ikke så mye, men det er første gang jeg har måttet betale for å bruke basseng og strand på et hotell i "syden". Det er elendig service synes jeg. Du er også avhengig av å ha bil her, for det er langt til butikker ol. Frokosten og maten ellers på hotellet var også elendig. Nei jeg skal ikke tilbake der, der var nok av andre fine og bra hoteller med koselige folk på Sicilia.

Zum bereits gezahlten Betrag mussten 30 Euro pro Pers und Wo gezahlt werden damit Pool! und Strand genutzt werden durften.Morgens nach halb neun gab es am sog. Frühstücksbüffet weder Käse noch Wurst,"man könne es nicht nachfüllen,da nicht mehr bestellt sei".Alternative waren Croissants oder trockene Kekse.Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel beim besten Willen nicht weiterempfehlen bzw. auf keinen Fall zu diesem Preis!
