"The breakfast was great. No complaints. Our only issue was we accepted a room on the street side when we should have refused that one for a room on the inner court yard. We were told that it was a "City Room" and there would be some noise. However, the actual noise from the pub across the street when the bar closed was considerable to the point we could not sleep with a window open (because the noise woke us (at 2 AM or so)). We had to resort to keeping the window closed tightly and leaving the A/C on in order to have cool "fresh" air to sleep. Not really what we wanted. I think an inner court yard room would have been better. We should have complained and got a different room."

"I didn’t get the opportunity to use all the hotel facilities but the hotel was clean and all the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. It was about a 45 minute walk into Prague central so if you don’t mind the walk which depending where you go was scenic it would be a little out of the way. Although saying that"

"Lovely friendly , helpful and happy staff. Clean room and large bathroom. On 3rd floor which had no noise problems. Air conditioning worked well. Great selection of breakfast food. Great location"

"The property had a lot of character. The room was spacious. There were lots of things around the hotel. Do you like free gaming machines in nice Terrace Staff were generally helpful and gave me a little support with allergens at the breakfast buffet Reception staff for a bit lethargic and didn’t help with the room cleaning and fresh towels one day which was a bit disappointing"
