"Lacked charm. The lady at the reception was cold, the location was on a large, busy street (although close to tourist attractions), and the room was bland. To be fair, the bellman in the morning was charming, the garden in the back was pretty, and the rooms were huge. Just expect more from a luxury hotel - starting with reception."

"I loved this hotel! The location was perfect. I could walk everywhere. There was a 5 story shopping center with food court less than one block away. All the Old City tourist attractions were less than one mile away. The staff was phenomenal. I was traveling alone, and they were so friendly and attentive to my needs - always giving me maps and directions on where to go and what to do. I can't say enough about the fabulous breakfast every morning that was included in the price. My room was clean as could be. They did not provide shampoo or cream rinse, and there was no view since it was in the middle of many buildings. But I can't say enough good things about this hotel!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff are very quick. I requested toothbrush and iron and they quickly delivered it to my room. The breakfast is excellent. We were always excited to eat our breakfast. They have wide variety of food. The hotel is walking distance to almost everything. If I ever come back to Prague, will definitely stay here again."
