"Playa Largo was a great place to stay overall, and the property itself was beautiful. However, my experience with guest services was disappointing. Brittany at Guest Services was very disrespectful and seemed unwilling to assist with requests, despite the fact that I had paid extra for specific add-ons to my trip.
Additionally, the resort’s communication regarding fees and policies needs significant improvement. The information provided online differs from what guests experience on-site, and after checkout I was charged for items and fees that were never explained during check-in. While the staff was quick to get guests into their rooms, they failed to provide important information that should have been covered upon arrival.
Playa Largo has a lot of positives, but better communication, transparency regarding fees, and improved customer service would greatly enhance the guest experience."
