“Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced.”

“The room was very clean and all the staffs were absolutely wonderful including Kapil, Nagesh, Tambe and all the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Imran and Guneet are wonderful hosts and the decor was done beautifully by Guneet. The place is a little gem in Dadar and it is very hard to find such a place anywhere else. Would absolutely love to come back in future.”

“Excellent location. Generally clean rooms with A/c and fan to beat the heat. good value for money. Restaurants near by. Kettle with tea coffee and creamer. Only issues I had were the shower temperature was very hot and cooled down in minutes and the room fridge was clean but stained. ”

“Got it for less than $5 a night during a flash sale. You get what you pay for! The place is difficult to locate. The dorms stank of old socks and shoes, the bathroom was humid and didn’t flush well. Breakfast was ok, but i saw some roaches crawling on walls and in the bread box. Had to ask then to crank up the AC, the dorm was a little warm. Staff was helpful though. It was an ok stay, perhaps 2 or 3 stars.”

“Absolutely ridiculous not worth for the money they took out for 7 days . I was suffocated to stay in the rooms it smells and disgusting full of bed burgs and AC didn’t work , internet was having poor connection every day it was going off every hour . Staff was literally uneducated and unprofessional they will stop you and threat you for the money if it’s asked to add towards bill . Food quality was zero and unhygienic gutters smell near the kitchen . Highly recommended not come to this hotel...

I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. “This place is a disaster and I can’t believe you had it on your list. It was filthy the sheets were dirty the walls dirty and when I was checking into hotel they informed me that the price was your mistake and charge 550 more They had people coming and going at all hours and the WiFi was not working otherwise I would have made different arrangements. All I can say is it was deplorable. ”
