Overall the staff, rooms, and property ate clean and well kept. I was disappointed to discover only a few of the rooms have en suite bathrooms. This was not clear in the booking process and I was surprised to find we had a room and access to community showers/toilets instead of private facilities for the cost of $145 I was expecting at least a private restroom. In the future, this should be made more clear when booking.

Inexpensive stay

Inexpensive place to lay your head down and rest. Each room has a window and a tv. No AC. You only get a bathroom and shower in your room if you upgrade. It is well worth it if traveling on a budget. One wall in each room has a wallpaper wall with older travel advertisements.

Wouldn’t stay again

Shower was grimy to point of couldn’t use it at all. Couldn’t swing a cat in the room, no storage facilities, no mirror outwith bathroom. Pillows smaller than a handbag and had stains, both woke up covered in bites. Wouldn’t recommend nor stay again. We put up with it for one night but had a terrible sleep and left as soon as we could in the morning.

Hôtel qui va bien pour « dépanner » une nuit. Et encore que si nous avions anticipé nous aurions dû louer un airbnb. Toilettes et douches communes, chambres sales. Odeur de cannabis et cigarettes dans les couloirs qui sont imprégnées dans les chambres. Franchement nous y sommes allés avec nos enfants c’était lugubre.

J'ai réservé et payé en ligne pour une arrivée le 01/08. Or je viens de découvrir qu'il y a eu une erreur, résultat la réservation a été validée à une autre date. Résultat, la veille de mon départ avec mon fils, je n'ai pas de chambre de réservée. A fuir. Expérience à ne jamais recommencer. Je déconseille.

Positif : personnel sympathique et accueillant. Négatif : literie dure (pire qu'un logement du CROUS), taches douteuses sur les murs, siphon de lavabo qui fuit et goûte sur nos pieds, hygiène globale à revoir, insonorisation inexistante... En bref : logement parfait pour ne pas passer la nuit dehors. Remarquez que je n'ai pas dit "dormir" car grâce à l'incivilité des voisins, vous aurez l'impression de passer la soirée directement avec eux c'est prodigieux! Résultats : la nuit de samedi à dimanche, il y a eu soirée fumette/alcool/calin, dans plusieurs chambres qui fesait sûrement un relais du coït, on a dormi 4h grand max, réveillé à 9h par les bruits de la voisine en train de vomir... Une sacrée expérience, inoubliable en tout cas.

Je comprends qu’on a pas beaucoup d’exigences quand on réserve dans un formule 1 mais là honnêtement c’est inadmissible ! Autant de crasse dans une si petite chambre! Du papier toilette et des cheveux par terre près de la brosse à wc… des sortes de miettes partout : tablette, wc, lavabo… sous le lit des moumoutes de poussière et même un paquet de chips vide… et sans oublier les draps troués ! À ce prix, c’est ce moquer des consommateurs ! Hotels.com faites quelque chose !
