The hotel is excellent for the price. The room was basic, but clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was limited to 2 options (eggs, bread, fruit or yoghurt, bread, fruit), but delicious none the less. It is conveniently located a short walk to the beach, shops, parque del amor and Pucllana

Disliked: Amenities
The room is small but very comfortable beds. The shower is tiny, a bit out dated but fonctionnelle. The reception staff guy in the afternoon was very unfriendly and was not welcoming at all. This place is ok for a one night stay for a night before an early morning flight. The location is very safe and only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Miraflores and Kennedy park.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They only speak Spanish, just something to keep in mind. This is a simple hotel, nothing fancy but it’s a great location and it was clean and safe. It’s a good, affordable option for Miraflores if you’re looking for something straight forward, cheap, clean, and safe.

Mediocre very disappointing photos deceiving

Room very small with low ceilings so felt very claustrophobic, nice furniture but room / fittings very shabby. No hot water in sink, shower head too low to get under. Ok location within walking distance of coast and JF Kennedy park. No facilities for obtaining a hot drink apart from at breakfast. No English spoken.

Friendly staff, safe location, cheap, drafty room

Stayed for three nights in june 2016. The room was nice, but the window had holes between it and the wall so the cold air outside came right inside. Also the window in the bathroom was broken and you could not close it. So again REALLY cold inside. Bed was nice. Breakfast was good and the staff super nice and helpful.
