A decent place to stay not too far from the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom is small but clean. The breakfast was fine but there could be more non-meat options. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff was very helpful with working out an issue with one of our reservations which was for the next year (our mistake). They also packed a little breakfast for us to take in the plane when our departure time was very early. Clean, comfortable place. Just right for our one-night stay in Lima.

Our first day, we had an issue with the water pressure, but the staff was very helpful and quickly moved us to a different room. The staff here is amazing—always willing to help whenever you ask. Since I needed help getting around Lima, they were always happy to assist and would order a taxi for us whenever needed, which made everything so much easier. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of options. They also make fresh omelets in the back, which was a nice touch! Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The friendly and helpful staff really made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima. Every staff were awesome and always with a big smile. The cleaning crew A+

Pretty good location. Close to the airport. Clean rooms and attentive personnel. When they knew that I needed to leave before the breakfast time, they offered to give me a lunch bag to go. Pretty cool!

The slamming of doors early in the morning was very annoying and disruptive. I could not tell whether the noise was coming from employees or other guests, but it significantly disturbed my peace and comfort. I was also told that the windows were soundproof, yet I could clearly hear the noise coming from outside. I was offered the option to move to a larger room on the same floor, but I tried to explain that changing rooms would not necessarily resolve the issue, as the main concern was the noise itself. I was disappointed that my concern did not seem to be fully understood. I expected a more effective solution to address the noise disturbance rather than simply being offered a different room. A comfortable and peaceful environment is essential, especially early in the morning, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to help prevent similar issues in the future.

This hotel is a good option for people who have to stay overnight in Lima to catch a flight to the aiport the next day. The accommodations were clean but fairly minimal. The brunch was quite nice and offered a range of food options, and the check-in host was very nice and accommodating. From what I could tell and from the feedback from the taxi driver, San Miguel is a nicer area within Lima, but I did not explore it at all.

This is my second time staying here. Hotel is clean and easily accesible. But this time what made the difference was the amazing service and attention. This hotel was OK. We stayed here one night because we had a flight to Cusco early in the morning overall it was fine, but it was facing the street and very very noisy. The floors were kind of greasy and it was pretty bare bones. The breakfast was a nice addition and the check-in host was very nice, but otherwise it was, pretty subpar I would not recommend it for a longer stay but it’s fine if you just have to get to the airport quickly

This hotel itself is very nice, and we really liked our room, which was large and had a large bathroom and Jacuzzi tub — it was definitely worth the extra few dollars we paid. One major complaint, however, is that it was extremely noisy from the street outside. I expected that a room of our caliber would have been located in a different area of the hotel, as not to have been bothered by the traffic, but overall, the hotel is nice and we would consider staying again.
