Room was cool temperature wise, bedding adequate, bathrooms clean. You can’t get a bed much closer to check in area for convenience. The only thing I noticed was that the room wasn’t as soundproof as I expected (like one would be at a hotel). I heard a couple of voices and a couple of loud thumps from nearby. Maybe someone or was jumping down from the top bunk and it makes that noise. But the rest of the short night it was very quiet. Probably a good reminder for everyone to not really talk or converse in there as a courtesy to others, as it’s a place for resting and sleeping!

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy I was overnight here. The actual rooms with beds only had a curtain that went down but my room with a reclining chair (that went flat) had a locked door which was awesome. It was quiet and the common bathrooms were very clean. It was definitely worth staying there versus trying to find a hotel outside of the airport for an eight hour layover.

Extremely convenient, quick check in. Luggage storage because room is small, but we kept our luggage with us. Air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, but it was fine. Would be great if room had a few coat hooks in it. Wonderful sleep for a few hours layover. Very clean.

Front desk person was super helpful and even adjusted the time we will be using the space since we arrived earlier than the check-in and didn’t need to stay as late as the check-out time. Bed looked clean and was very convenient for waiting in the airport away from the busy crowds.

Quick and easy check in. I actually booked it the wrong date. They had no issues with honouring it for the night I was there. Free drinks and tea/coffee. It was nice and clean. I loved my pod. It was super comfy and cute. I wish I had more time there. I only slept for 5 hours and had to run off for a flight before I had a chance to enjoy the lounge and drinks.

We had a family room with double size bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable. There was room for suitcases but not much more room which was fine, we just wanted to sleep. Our reservation was for 13:00-2300. We got in at 8:00 and were able to switch our time so we got right in plus extended two hours, so convenient!! There was a restaurant practically next door. We had breakfast and lunch there. I would recommend

I liked that it was secure, they gave you a remote card key that opened the door to the hallway and the door to the room. I liked that the pod had personal AC unit, you make it colder or warmer to my personal comfort. It had dimmable lighting so that was nice. They gave you access to unlimited coffee and fountain drink machines. Only downside was their was only single bathrooms, which is slightly inconvenient for the many rooms they had. Good thing for those that are handicap, they have a dedicated bathroom for that. Overall, I am very impressed and I will be using them again in the future.
