“Temp control didn't work properly and room was cold. They gave us a heater and then we never heard anything about maintenance coming to fix it. An electric (?) covering in the bathroom ceiling kept falling open. A false backing in the wardrobe hiding electrical equipment kept falling onto the shelving. The bathroom flooded around the toilet in the middle of the night (but only once).”
“This is an excellent boutique style hotel. The rooms are well appointed and a good size with really comfortable beds. The staff is excellent and even helped us to sort out some options for travelling to our next destination. Breakfast was excellent. Our only regret was that they were only and availability for one night and not 2.”
“Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rating a 4 star because there is no elevator, nor a hair dryer in our room. They did offer to take all of our things upstairs for us before we finished checking in. Room was very clean and comfortable, precisely what we were seeking in our price range.”
