Limerick has much more to offer in tourism than expected!! We greatly enjoyed King John's Castle, St. Mary's Cathedral, the Hunt Museum, and walking the river walk.

I love the river walk, the milk market, the trendy cafes and bars, and mostly, Sacred Heart church with the beautiful, other-worldly traditional Mass.

Limerick gets such a bad rap but the people of limerick are lovely, friendly and chatty. City has a nice vibe around it -I will say though, that the amount of homeless around the streets can be confronting

Its my home city and will always hold a special place in my heart. Some fantastic pubs restaurants and music. Worth a visiting anytime of year. Just make sure to research where your going to visit.
