Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town).

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel frequently. The service is beyond amazing and the property is so beautiful overlooking the lake and the mountains, it takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, gym and pool are magnificent and breakfast each morning is wonderful. I cried when we left!

Absolutely amazing

The hotel was exceptionally amazing. I traveled with my boyfriend for a relaxing few days, and the staff couldn’t have done enough to cater for our every needs regards of how inconsequential we thought they might be. I could not recommend this hotel enough, especially the spa treatments.
