Should have stayed longer!

We loved everything about our trip! The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made the first part of our Italian vacation as good as it could have been. Mara was especially wonderful! Lovely hotel in the heart of Limone

We had a lovely stay, excellent location along the Limone promenade. Incredible staff - they were so helpful and attentive to our needs.

This is our second visit here, and we absolutely loved our four nights and three days. The breakfast is an absolute treat. The view of Lago di Garda can't be beat. Nice to enjoy the borghetto but then get away from all the people at night. My family heritage is in this part of Italy, so I felt loved the whole time.

Nice hotel, disappointing experience.

Was very disappointed with the room we were originally given. It felt like a dungeon. Few windows, smells of mildew. Requested a different room, was accommodated, but charged for the new room and the “snacks they provided as we waited for the new room to be prepared.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel am Gardasee war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis, das ich gerne wiederholen möchte. Die Lage ist ideal für einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, großzügig und stets sauber – ein großes Lob an das Reinigungsteam für Sorgfalt und Freundlichkeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: reichhaltig, frisch und regional. Jeden Morgen war es ein Genuss, den Tag so zu beginnen. Die beiden italienischen Damen im Service waren herzlich, aufmerksam und gingen schnell auf persönliche Wünsche ein – das verlieh dem Aufenthalt eine besondere Note. Schon allein deshalb möchte ich unbedingt wiederkommen. Auch die Bar überzeugte mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und fairen Preisen, die hoffentlich so bleiben. Sehr praktisch war zudem die Tiefgarage mit direktem Fahrstuhlzugang. Allerdings fiel hier der Preis negativ auf: über 30 Euro pro Tag für Parken und Laden des E-Autos sind hoch, zumal 60 Cent/kWh beim langsamen Laden wenig verhältnismäßig erscheinen. Wünschenswert wäre, dass Parken während des Ladevorgangs inkludiert ist. Auch sollten Ladeplätze nicht von Fahrzeugen blockiert werden, die gar nicht laden. Das WLAN funktionierte meist zuverlässig, hatte aber nachts leichte Einschränkungen; in der Tiefgarage gab es keinen Empfang – für mich aber kein großes Manko. Insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Alle Mitarbeitenden – vom Empfang bis zur Reinigung – waren professionell und herzlich. Komme wieder.

Fantastisk morgenmad med alt hvad man kunne tænke sig. Glade og hjælpsomme personale som vil gøre alt for deres gæster. Dejlig værelse med terrasse godt hvis man sidder i kørestol. Fantastisk udsigt over Gardasøen og 5 min gang til stranden. 10 min så er du midt i byen. Internettet er okay. Garage med mulighed for at lade sin elbil.

Unscheinbares, aber gut gelegenes Hotel mit eigenem Parkhaus. Man ist in 10/ 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Limone. Die Aussicht der Terrasse beim Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind größer als erwartet, sauber und schön.
