"Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! "The hotel was just fantastic. The pool is awesome - it is hard to have a nicer backdrop when swimming, as you can see the range of mountains from the outdoor pool. The restaurant offered great food options (for example, we tasted a cold gazpacho that combined melon, cucumber and mint that we liked so much that we will try to recreate it for ourselves) for both dinner and breakfast. We had a great time."

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."

"Stunning setting- absolutely gorgeous hotel. BUT- No air conditioning and our room on the 4th floor was very hot. Restaurant is beautiful but dining experience very disappointing- mediocre, overpriced food and terrible service. Dinner a few miles down the road at the campground was better and 1/2 the price. Would stay again, in cooler weather because of the beautiful surroundings but skip eating here."

"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. This is a pristine place to stay especially if you are touring the Pyrenees. A number of fellow motorcyclists were staying at the same time."
