“We had booked and prepaid for a suite with milti beds and I requested an upper floor. The front desk person gave me room 101. I asked for the second floor or higher. He said my room is only available on the 1st floor. I went to my car and was not happy so I went back in and asked again for another double queen room on an upper floor.
