Atlantis is way beyond my expectation. The rooms are super clean, grand all with exceptional ocean view. The best thing about the hotel is the service. Anything you ask for is delivered within 20 mins. Even the common areas are spotless. Every staff in the hotel are super nice. You can stop anyone and you will always get a nice smile.
The fact that hotel includes the waterpark and aquarium makes this a super good deal to stay (worth at least half of the say). Food is more expensive by china...

We had a lovely stay at the Sofitel Leeman in Sanya. The hotell was pretty full so we were swiftly upgraded to a suite which was very appreciated. The service was great and the entire resort was delightful, everything from the main building all the way to the beach, we were greeted by friendly staff and lush landscaping. The pool areas consisted of several pools with a different atmosphere, you will definitely find one you like.

This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot.
Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean…
Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around.

Being a very difficult guest and a 100+ day a year Shangri la Hotel client and since the shangri a was sold out i had to book a different hotel for my short 2 days stay and i can tell you what a Gem. The hotel is in Shimey Bay, on the beach, far from the crowded cities. Definitely stylish, European hotel, looks like a big bungalow, as opposed to the nearby Westin Hotel, which looks like bunch of concrete blocks. Exceptionally well trained staff!! Chris at the reception helped me with organizing our transportation to Haikou Airport. She also help me withdraw some cash from the bankomat. We got a very good deal on the room through Expedia.

We had a fantastic time at the Ritz in Sanya. It was such an easy getaway from Hong Kong. We wnjoyed every aspect of our stay.
First, the staff is super attentive. From Shelly at Check-in to Freddie, the Manager. Anna in the restaurant and Lilly at the fabulous spa just to name a few of the great hotel staff.
