Excellent staff Maria at front desk was most helpful. The bar staff were very good as well considering I don't speak English. Room was fine and comfortable I even received a free upgrade which I always enjoy.

The hotel has a beaitiful view of Mt Etna. Whilst we were there it was erupting and we could see the ash clods in the day and the lava flows at night, The parking is off road oposite the entrance. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are all super helpful. The air condition in the room sounded like an aircaft taking off so we didn't get much sleep. The room was billed as a suite but it wasn't what we woul dcall a suite in the UK. It was a large hotel room with a double bed and a sofa bed

Very nice hotel. Poorly advertised by hotels.com but staff were excellent. They resolved the issue. Very clean, comfortable and positioned well for Etna. Nothing to do in surrounding area though,

Very good hotel near to the Etna north face.

Hello, our best hotel in Sicily (on a total of four) the only black point was the secondary sofa bed the spring bed was really uncomfortable. Main bed (rond) was perfect. Room at the 4th floor was large and practical. Terrasse view to the Etna north face is amazing. Welcoming staff with great care. The Gatto blue restaurant was really good not so expensive in regard to other place we visit in Sicily. Globally the customer experience was delightful.

Mareneve Resort Is good hotel my strongest recommendation if you plan to book this property make sure you rent car because uber and taxi is very expensive Hotel located in quite area it has winners around it does not offer much activity around it

The women checking me in acted like she really didnt want me to stay there. Breakfast was not very good. No blanket, but ok because the room was so hot, in the attic basically! Another guests car was vandalized over night.

⭐️⭐️ Skuffende oplevelse – lever ikke op til forventningerne Desværre var vores ophold på hotellet i Sicilien langt fra det, vi havde forventet. Poolområdet var ikke særlig børnevenligt. Poolen var meget dyb, og der var ikke et ordentligt område, hvor mindre børn kunne bade eller svømme sikkert. For os som familie var det en stor skuffelse. Servicen var også meget mangelfuld. Flere gange bad vi personalet om forskellige ting, men de glemte det eller fulgte ikke op på vores ønsker. Nogle af medarbejderne virkede desuden meget uengagerede og smilte næsten aldrig, hvilket gjorde stemningen mindre behagelig. Morgenmaden var okay, men heller ikke noget særligt. Det største problem var dog stranden. Den var meget beskidt og virkede dårligt vedligeholdt. Området gav os næsten følelsen af at være ved en forladt bygning frem for et hyggeligt hotel- og strandområde. Det var bestemt ikke den oplevelse, vi havde håbet på. Alt i alt synes vi desværre ikke, at hotellet lever op til det niveau, man forventer, især ikke hvis man rejser med børn. Vi ville derfor ikke vælge dette hotel igen.

Établissement très bien entretenu, personnels aimables, souriants et serviables. Petite fausse note, il n y a pas de piscine comme cela est indiqué. L hôtel est bien situé sur les flancs de l Etna et à proximité immédiate du centre ville de Lingualossa. Petit plus le restaurant est très bien, plats régionaux excellents et prix très raisonnable.

La perfezione

Struttura situata alle pendici dell' Etna ed una mezz'ora da Taormina. Stanza veramente molto bella e spaziosa. Ottima la colazione e piacevoli le vasche idromassaggio nel giardino. Al ristorante si mangia benissimo con prezzi nella norma. Un grazie particolare a Maria ed agli altri ragazzi della reception che ci hanno accolto con genuina gentilezza.

El hotel está ubicado en uno de los pueblos de acceso al parque del Etna. Además de la localización, el estado de la estructura está inmejorable, la habitación fue cómoda, silenciosa y hasta pudimos ver una erupción nocturna del volcán desde el balcón. La cama de 10. Muy interesante la opción relax en los jacuzzi exteriores y el extra para los tratamientos spa. Desayuno variado. Altamente recomendable.

Sicuramente la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la cortesia e la professionalità del personale. Bella struttura abbastanza ben tenuta unica pecca il bagno con evidenti segni di calcare e ventola assolutamente insufficienza non essendoci la finestra. Comunque complimenti a tutti e grazie degli stupendi giorni che ci avete fatto passare.
