The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "We stayed as we are renovating after a house move and the plasterer had taken over the house. It was a welcome break from the daily work of clearing up after tradesmen! The staff were lovely and the food good. We may be back - depending on how things progress at home!"
