“Lovely apartment with view over city. Very quiet. Happened to meet the building owner who was lovely and very interested in our feedback. A very well managed property. Location just across the river from the old town was perfect.”

“Room was too small and the window view was blocked by other buildings near.”

Excelente!”

“I was deeply disappointed by the words and actions of a staff member who was dishonest and lacked a service-oriented attitude.”

“There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.”
