"Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips.
Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon.
Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. Also, double check the sleeping arrangements will work for you if your party is more than 2 people."

"We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment! My family and I loved every moment. The apartment is super clean and very stylish. The location is perfect, a 7-minute walk to the town center, which made exploring Freiburg very convenient. Tom was a fantastic host, he greeted us warmly, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and shared excellent restaurant recommendations. "Hello! It was all wonderful. Very quiet. Apartment has everything and a very complete kitchen.
Only small detail - nobody around. One has to self-checkin with a code.
In our case the code arrived only hours after checkin time. Surely a mistake.
Luckily the owner happened to show up after 15 minutes. (There is a phone number, but we did not have a European cell phone)."

"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for.
