A beautiful hotel in the core of the city close to all the key neighborhoods. It’s very fresh with restaurants and a lounge for after hours. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. When I first arrived, I had to finish a work call and the attendant brought me some sparkling wine. It was such a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive. One of my make-up items was accidentally broken and they replaced it in the same evening without us even making the request. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

It is very modern, beautiful hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was extremely attentive… offering waters, drinks when we sat down there. They were great at letting us check into one of our rooms early. The house cleaning services the room twice a day. The only complaint I would have was the rooftop restaurant had very loud monotonous music. We tried to sit down but we just couldn’t stand it… otherwise, the hotel is really nice and in a great location

The Andaz Lisbon is, without question, one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the property is stunning—the décor is effortlessly chic, the rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly luxurious, and every detail feels thoughtful, elevated, and distinctly Lisbon. But as gorgeous as the hotel is, what truly makes the Andaz Lisbon extraordinary is the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. This wasn’t simply great hospitality—it was the kind of service where you feel that the people around you actually care about your experience. The team consistently went above and beyond, finding little ways to make every interaction feel personal and every moment feel special. No request ever felt like an inconvenience, and their kindness never felt rehearsed or transactional. There is something incredibly rare about a luxury hotel that can be this beautiful and sophisticated while still making you feel completely at home. The Andaz Lisbon manages to do exactly that. You arrive as a guest, but the staff makes you feel like you’re being welcomed back by people who are genuinely happy to have you there. We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. There are plenty of beautiful places to stay in Lisbon, but after experiencing the Andaz, this is the only place we’ll ever stay when we return. The property itself is spectacular, but the people are what make it unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel located in the best location in Lisbon. The hotel is brand new and has beautiful decorated rooms. We had a great stay. The rooof top breakfast was amazing with incredible staff. The front desk staff is mediocre. Actually carried my own bags to my car. But overall it’s an excellent place

Fantastic location in the heart of Lisbon. Very friendly staff helped us with our questions and requests. Valet parking service made it very easy to travel by car to Lisbon. Room was spacious and quiet which is special in a busy city center of Lisbon. We can recommend this Andaz hotel for a private or business trip to Lisbon.

Super unique design – wow! The room was very clean and all the staff were really friendly. The lobby is a great place to work, relax or have something to eat. It's a great city hotel in one of Lisbon's busiest areas, but once you're inside, it's quiet and you don't notice any of the hustle outside. :)
