The owner was so responsive and any concern was dealt with immediately through texting. Best relationship with the host of any place I stayed on .this trip. My only complaint would be that the shower was very small and other than that. It was a lovely room with a lot of amenities

The staff was absolutely AMAZING. Always checking in and made the whole process so incredibly easy. The hotel is very centrally located with ease to downtown and public transit. My only negative would be the size of the room. It’s a very small room and bathroom. So if you’re two people staying in the room definitely make sure you don’t mind being really close in all aspects.

We loved the location of the facility. It was very clean, yes, small but big enough for a couple. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Charming but tiny

Good location, cute room, but shower incredibly tiny! No room to turn around resulting in multiple bruises. Very limited space for suitcases. Lightbulb missing at sink and shower light wouldn’t turn off. No shampoo. Toilet paper and coffee pods not always restocked. Check in with WhatsApp instructions was straightforward, make sure you have data and the App!

Pro: Cute room, wine and some snacks provided. Con: 2 floors up, no lifts. No reception. Very small, tight room. Shower was not usable (yes, we are overweight). Things like coffee pods not replenished. We needed a mattress topper or extra duvet to make the bed softer, and neither was available. No wash clothes. We wanted to cancel the last day, and were told to go through Expedia. We did so, and the operators (who had been very responsive of WhatsApp) could not be reached for several days - the the refund for the last day was denied - they could have said something at my original contact. Very annoying. If you’re young, skinny, in good condition, and have minimal luggage, the rooms would be fine

The location is fine. Communication was clear and access easy. The room was quite small, mostly consisting of the bed. And the toilet and shower about as tiny as I've seen in European lodging. Zero common area--just a hallway with rooms. Also, the room lights are controlled by a key card, but only one card is provided, so if there are two people staying and one leaves, the lights go out for the other.

This property first of all is not a B n B and it is not a suite. The pictures on the internet are deceiving. We were to check in at 3pm. We got there about 2:45 stood in the street with luggage till about 3:20 watching 2 men come up and urinate in the street. Across the street from us 3 men doing drugs. We had a phone # but no Wi-Fi. We had to go down the street to a cafe and get help to get in. Once we got in the enterance was scary and dark, we had to carry our luggage up 45 stairs, o elevator and my husband and I our in our late 70s nothing in listing about stairs. Once in the room, which was very cute, we had no closet, it was so small you. Couldn’t shut door to shower or toilet. No place for luggage,it wouldn’t even fit under bed. I could go o if you like.

La chambre était très convivial, à 2 minutes du centre ville, ne pouvait pas être mieux situer. Je conseille cette endroit à tout le monde qui aime être près de la ville mais aussi dans un endroit tranquille et sécuritaire. El hotel queda en un segundo piso, no hay ascensor, no hay con quien hablar todo es vía telefónica, esta en un lugar en el cual es muy dificil llamar a un taxi, hay que salir y caminar hasta llegar a una calle mas ancha y de ahí pedir el taxi. Queda cerca de todo. Si tienes más de 55 años, para nosotros resulto incómodo no tener con quien hablar, subir y bajar con maletas y luego caminar hasta poder llamar un taxi.

Location is excellent for tourists. The toilet and shower, which are each in separate cupboards, are incredibly small. The only noise comes from other apartment renters, arriving and leaving.

Sweet room

The room was compact and clean with all the essentials. The room and bath room was on the small size but for the price and for the location, I wasnt really bothered! It was so central it was so convenient to go any where! Only concern was the main enterance from the street, as once you enter, it was dark and there was water problem streaming from the wall... but hopefully they will fix it. The street is really quiet, but pity the room are not sound proof, as you can hear every steps from above and noises from the next door rooms. so not for the light sleeper. Apart from that, the room was clean, had a nice gesture of bottle of wine, fruits to welcome you so definitely recommend for a good short stay! maybe not for a long stay as there are no spaces to put your luggage or your clothes!

Cozy, clean hotel in a great location!

Had a wonderful trip to Lisbon, and a big part of that was finding this hotel! The room was cozy and clean, bed was very comfy, and we really enjoyed the morning breakfast basket each day. The coffee was especially delicious! One thing to be aware of - our particular room was quite small, so would be tricky with large luggage, but we had no problems since we are light packers...but something to consider if you're someone who travels with large bags. Location is fantastic though, and communication with the owner was very quick and responsive. Would definitely stay again!
