Centrally located, close to the Metro, Rossio station, Barrio Alto and located in the Chiado. It's a no frills hotel, with private rooms and shared bathrooms. The room and especially the bathrooms are kept spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a good value for the cost, and was a great option for a solo traveler only passing through for one night.

Was a good stay, host went above and beyond to accommodate. Very kind and flexible. Rooms have no frills, but are sufficiently comfortable, making for a good place to rest your head after a busy day in Lisboa. Would recommend to anyone traveling on a budget or anyone who likes a simple stay with warm, accommodative hosts.

Great place great staff felt safe.

Very kind and wonderful staff. Manager allowed us to pick from two different rooms and we picked our favorite room. Our room had a view of the Santa justa elevator, which was amazing to see. Can you get a little loud with people coming in and out of the bathrooms but that is what to expect from a hostel. Felt very safe the entire time. Great location. Will stay here again.

So glad we found this accommodation. It's just close to everything ,& very convenient for transportation like tram, train & public busses. Faisal made us feel home. Very warm & friendly. Very clean & well kept.

We felt our room was a tiny Hobbit hole. Great view from the balcony, but only when looking out frm the room . The balcony was filled with the aircinditioneer. We really had to search for the door to the hotel. We had no prewar ing we would arrive at a locked door, and need to be buzzed in then take an elevator to the 5th floor. Staff was friendly and helpful

The property is run down and I could not stand up completely in my room. But the staff tried hard and it was an amazing location to access the festivities in Rossio Square. The listing was not clear these are shared bathrooms.

Basic stay

I wasnt expecting much for £85 for one night, but it was was it was. Basic facilities. NO ENSUITE - so consider that. Im a solo female traveller but managed fine. Concierge was great, no issue there. Lift worked...phew as i was on 5th floor. Bed clean and comfy. Kettle and fridge. Just outdated really and lots of people living there fulltime.

Excellent location

The hotel is located in the middle of the old town immediately by the train station and is within easy walking distance to everything. It is an old building and unfortunately has shared bathrooms. The room is basic but clean. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, but we were welcomed almost like family!

It was so scary I ended up leaving my reservation halfway through and getting a new one elsewhere because I felt so unsafe with the staff and the locks on the door where unseals let alone it was impossible to find and very difficult to access. Never again nor do I recommend to anyone ever!

A recepção foi incrível! Fomos muito bem tratadas e o local tinha elevador, tinha metrô e estação de ônibus bem perto alem do supermercado e lojas de comércio ao redor. O banheiro apesar de compartilhado era limpo constantemente e as camas eram confortáveis e macias. Tinha ar-condicionado e espelho. Voltaria novamente !

Die Unterkunft war sehr einfach und alt, es gab ausschließlich Gemeinschaftstoilletten und Bäder. Es war sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Husten. Die Vorteile: die Unterkunft ist billig, sie liegt direkt am Bahnhof sehr zentral und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
