좋습니다.
지하철 역에서 멀지 않고 특히 산타 주스타 엘리베이터와 해물밥 맛집 우마도 가까이에 있습니다. 아파트도 넓고 따뜻해서 만족스러웠고 특히 호텔 주변에 베네통, 자라, 망고 등 쇼핑 거리가 잘 조성되어 있고 관광지도 가까이에 있어 편리했습니다. 다만 프런트가 따로 있지 않아 궁금한 일이 있을 때마다 이메일이나 전화로 소통을 해야했지만 정말 빠르고 친절하게 답장을 해 주어 불편하지는 않았습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

우선 위치가 너무나 좋았습니다. 아파트는 깨끗했고 화장실,침대도 크고 좋았어요. 5박했는데 수건은 다시 채워주지를 않았고 청소도 해주지 않았어요. 세탁기가 있기에 수건은 세탁해서 사용했어요. 진짜 위치랑 청결도가 만족이라 다시 리스본 간다면 100% 다시 가고 싶은 숙소네요^^

9시 이전 체크인이 가장 중요해요
주변 여건은 참 좋습니다. 아파트가 깔끔하게 정리되어 있고. 다만, 9시 이후의 체크인시 late check-in fee를 35유로 별도로 내야 하는 부분이 좀 문제입니다. 아파트라서 리셉션이 없어 직원이 영업시간 이후에 나와 그런다고 하니 참고하시기 바랍니다. 숙박료에 더해야 하니까요...

Apartment was in a great location, especially for transportation. Metro and train station are nearby as well as some good eating options.

This property was OK. Communication was decent, access is OK. It's aggravating having so many blown lightbulbs you cant see the front door or the staircase and the area outside can be pretty loud though that's typical in this district. Beds aren't that comfortable but pass like a Motel 6. Shower leaks. I wouldn't stay here again though it wasn't awful. There are nicer places nearby.

It was a really beautiful accomodation the the middle of the city center which offered everything you need. There are multiple public garages closeby and the shops are at the end of the street so an ideal location for a visit to Lisbo n. This is definitely a location we keep in mind for the next time.

Wonderful stay!
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. We travelled with our 1 year old son, and we were allowed to check in very early, which was so great with an early arrival and jet lag! Any question was answered quickly and thouroughly. Check-in was easy (as was checkout), the location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and fully stocked!

Definitely Recommend
This apartment, (1Bedroom, Rua Garrett 26) was located in an ideal area near restaurants, shopping and several tourist sites. It was so central that we really wouldn't have wanted to stay in any other areas. The apartment is very quiet with the windows closed, but of course noisy if left open. We actually enjoyed watching all the action on the street. It was clean and comfortable and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. However, there were no instructions on how to use this foreign made machine. We would definitely recommend this area and this apartment if staying in Lisbon.

約1週間滞在しました。アパートメントホテルなのでフロントも無いし、飛行機も夜着だと不安でしたが、有料で送迎を手配してくれ安心して辿り着けました。 また、備品も無くなりそうになりメールで連絡をすると、ストレスのない範囲で返信がすぐに来て終始安心して滞在することが出来ました。 お風呂のバスタブも使用でき、お湯の温度もシャワーの出方もストレス無しです。 駅もすぐ、バス停もすぐ、アクセスも最高な立地でした。

Condo was in a very good area for walking to many restaurants. I literally parked my car on Friday and didn’t move it until Tuesday. Can be very noisy at night, but I knew that before I rented it. It’s on a hill so there is lots of up and down walking.

The apartment I stayed in had a great corner view. It can be a bit noisy at night, highly walkable area, key was a bit challenging to find and get with bags in hand. Property and things inside are a bit old / out of date and one of the couches needs to be replaced. Was covered in stains and a bit dirty.

Très bel appartement central
Magnifique séjour à cet appartement avec balcon au 4e étage. Décoré avec goût, beaucoup de lumière et très confortable pour 4 personnes. Au centre de tout! Les hôtes répondaient rapidement à mes questions. Ils nous ont permis de partir plus tard et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous appeler un taxi 😊. Je vous le recommande fortement. ❤️ Par contre, la sécheuse ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour mais ils sont vite venus nous porter un support pour sèche linge. Merci! 🤗

Perfect location for everything, easy to walk, tram or taxi. Great street culture right outside the door. Clean, simple, comfortable apartment, great views of street from corner of second floor. Could not imagine a better base for three night stay. Very prompt and courteous responses to our few queries and minor problems. Highly recommended.

Spacious, great location, clean -full amenities.
The apartment had two floors! It is a place I could easily live in. Kitchen with full amenities, which we only really used for breakfast. TV area, dining room and the bedrooms were spacious so plenty of room for luggage and packing and unpacking. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family holiday trip. Spacious flat with 2 washrooms instead of 1 in a one bedroom apartment!!! Great location for shopping, eating options ( food court inside shopping center 1 minute away) and Baixia underground station only few minutes walking. Only downside is area can be noisy until quite late at night ( expected due to location) and noise of underground line at night- on balance these were not much problem for us. Would we consider stay here again? YES

We really lucked into finding this place. It just so happened to be in a perfect spot, walkable from all the local attractions and plenty of restaurants. Charming, busy outside during the day, yet quiet at night. Communication was friendly and thorough. View was fantastic. My family loved our first trip to Europe thanks in part to this wonderful home away from home.
