깨끗하고 관리가 잘되는 호텔
리스본 지형의 특성상 언덕을 오르락 내리락 하기 때문에 위치가 좋지는 않다, 혹시 짐이 많이 있다면 꼭 택시를 타기를 권하고 싶다. 호텔은 사진에 보이는 것보다 더 잘 관리되고 있었고 직원들도 매우 친절했다, 조식은 간단히 깔끔하게 먹을수 있게 준비되어 있었고 식당겸 로비로 사용하는 곳에 커피포트와 차, 커피등을 준비해 두어 언제든 뜨거운물을 사용할수 있어서 좋았다. 매일 지하철에서부터 호텔까지 걸어 다녔는데 15분 정도 걸리지만 언덕을 올라가야 해서 약간 버거운 감은 있었다, 호텔이 올드타운에 위치해 있기 때문에 맛있는 빵집이나 커피숍 그리고 저렴한 와인이나 맥주등을 즐길수 있는 레스토랑이 주변에 많아서 편했고 4박 5일동안 잘 지내다 왔다.

The hotel is indeed charming as it's name. The location is good close to Barrio Alto, Chiado and Baixa Bica areas. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is lovely. The only con (for me its a big one) is that the walls between the rooms are paper thin and the floors are extremely squeaky so every movement is heard from neighbouring rooms and from your own room. If you get up for the toilet at night you are sure to wake your partner up :/

We loved our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was excellent (especially Roberta!); the breakfast and breakfast room were beyond expectations, beautiful hotel in general. Great location. You can't hear noise from other rooms but the hallway traffic in the morning is audible.

Très bonne adresse pour loger sur Lisbonne. Proche de la gare, proche du centre historique. Les chambres sont propres, la literie de qualité. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Mais le meilleur de tout c'est la qualité du personnel, une merveille. Un service irréprochable de l'arrivée au départ. Wow! We slept in 3 different places in Lisbon as part of a long trip, and this is the best! The place is very clean, and it's homey! Service and attitude we haven't seen before! It has an excellent location and one of the best breakfasts. Only downside is the stairs, but it's totally worth it

Our stay at Dear Lisbon Charming House could not have been better. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms and communal areas are just lovely to spend time in. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to so many attractions and restaurants - we could have spent our whole stay just enjoying the local neighbourhood without venturing further. The staff were also amazing and attentive - Miguel who welcomed us on our first evening made us feel at home straight away. There are also lots of extra touches that make guests feel important - arranging our airport transfers (on request) was a big help, and we REALLY enjoyed the pasteis de nata waiting for us in our room on arrival! We'll definitely be back and will be recommending to everyone else in the meantime.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience au dear Lisbon charming house, Mais ce qui a le plus marqué notre séjour, c’est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien dans notre chambre, on nous a trouvé une solution sans même qu’on le demande. Nous devions quitter tôt pour l’aéroport, on nous a organisé un transport sécuritaire et efficace de même qu’une petite collation matinale (sandwich et jus). Au déjeuner tous les employés s’assuraient qu’il ne manque de rien. La piscine est sans contre dit un atout! Nous vous suggérons fortement ce magnifique établissement!

Perfect place
This was the best hotel me and my boyfriend have ever stayed in. The service was beyond anything we could have ever wanted or expected, from the welcome drink by the pool, to hand written notes / pastries / port each day. All the staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was a serene, beautiful and peaceful place tucked away in the most perfect location to walk everywhere we needed. Would definitely stay here again and again!

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is in an unexpected location up a steep and narrow street (which is most streets in Lisbon). The location was perfect for exploring the city and right on the tram 28E line -the classic tram around the city. We were in room 13 which overlooked the pool and garden. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was lovely and included pastries eggs bacon meats cheeses fresh fruit 4 different juices coffee tea and specialty coffee on request. The staff were top notch. So helpful with recommendations directions and when we needed to contact our airline they called and spoke to them for us given that we do not speak Portuguese at all. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay here, the staff work incredibly hard to ensure you have a high standard experience. We had a lovely room with lovely air conditioning and a fantastic shower. Breakfast was gorgeous with something for all. Amazing coffee too. Our room was cleaned every day. Thank you charming house we will definitely be back. Charming is exactly right. The staff was just wonderful throughout our stay, especially getting us to the airport and helping when our flight was cancelled! Perfect location in the middle of an old district. A tiny alley with unassuming door opens into the charming little collection of rooms, aromatic common areas, with small rooms with delightful views of the city. Loved it!

Very cozy and super charming hotel with personalized service. You immediately feel at home by the welcome drink (very nice port wine), the pastries and chocolates when leaving the hotel. It's the little things that make it absolutely wonderful! The rooms are big enough and the Rituals products are nice to use as well. The breakfast is ample and plenty of variety to choose from. The terrace with pool is really a plus to take a break from your day. That makes the hotel really unique. The location could not be better. Less than 10 minutes walk to the center with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. We highly recommend this hotel and will continue to share it with our friends and family! Hopefully until next time because we enjoyed it immensely!

Stay here for a great first impression of Lisbon
Hospitality was the best I have EVER had. The staff made our honeymoon extra special, and made us feel incredibly comfortable. I’ll be talking about Dear Lisbon Charming House for years to come!
Our first meal getting off the plane. The staff told us to sit, relax and take a minute. We felt welcomed from the start.

I absolutely loved my stay here at the Charming House. The staff was so amazing and offered me plenty of options for activities. The hotel itself is very welcoming and lives up to its namesake. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Lisbon!

Lovely stay in Lisbon
We reserved the junior suite garden view and it was perfect. The room was clean and spacious and overlooked the pool. The breakfast was quite hearty with many options including some of the best scrambled eggs you could ask for. The staff were all friendly and attentive but Inez was especially helpful. Not only did she give us recommendations for lisbon but she also gave us recs for Porto and Coimbra. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip and we're so glad we did.

Great service, very helpful, attentive and friendly, eager to serve. Nice place! Only negative was sound insulation. Quiet away from street noise which was good but floors and stairs creak so loudly you hear everyone coming and going including late night.

Always the perfect stay
Always a pleasure, from the offer to arrange airport taxi pick up, to the welcome at the front desk, to the lovely clean and comfortable rooms. But breakfast is my favorite in their lovely dining room with the fireplace in the winter. Thank you Dear Lisbon. This was my 10th time with you and won't be the last.

charming lisbon
The hotel was perfect for me... we like small clean hotels with great service... The front desk and especially Inse was always there to give us help weather with our phone or with things to do... i highly recommend this hotel. They also will book your RT airport private transfers for you as well.

The service staff was excellent and generous. Reception was sometimes officious and there were rules which were not made apparent when we booked with hotel. com
