Location was handy to the subway. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing. Good variety and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel was spotless. Elevators are small and slow but stairs are steep but convenient. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight so the hotel offered us a take away breakfast. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Very convenient location next to a metro station and a supermarket. The only complaint was the bed that was so lumpy.

Hotel is conveniently across the street from the subway, which we found amazingly easy to use. Excellent breakfast was included. Our room was spotless. Staff member who checked us in was brusque and not friendly, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

The whole hotel was kept immaculately. A beautiful facility with every amenity we could imagine needing. Congenial staff speaking perfect English, ready to serve in any way. Only wish the breakfast could have been served a bit earlier because of having to arrive at the very crowded airport hours before the flight. Would return to Lisbon only if we could stay again at the Empire Hotel.
