The staff were nice and helpful, but my single room had a vey small bathroom. It wasn't easy to take a shower in the tiny shower stall; and I only weight 100lb. The toilet was almost too close to the wall.

It’s a series of renovated rooms in different buildings. Lots of stairs to get into the apartment. Not sound proof so you can hear others. A very hilly area so if you’re older, beware! It’s near Plaza da Flores which is lovely and has good places to eat.

Nice B&B
The B&B is in a good location, the room was nicely presented (we stayed in a house just down the road from the main B&B there are a lot of steps to get up to the room which is fine if you have reasonable fitness after long day walking round Lisbon). Nice little balcony looking over roof tops, bathroom a little tired but functional.

Only place to stay in Lisbon
Really fantastic hotel. If you want a centrally located hotel close to great bars and restaurants this is the hotel to stay in when you visit Lisbon. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable visit. The room was spacious and the added benefit of coffee/tea making facilities with microwave and fridge is a huge plus. Easy access to the airport and major tourist attractions. Walk 2 minutes to a lovely square to grab a coffee or wine. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Thank you for a wonderful trip and will definitely be back!

Not easy to access except by car or Uber/Bolt, building is old and not in great condition, staff very helpful and friendly. It is ok for the price.

Great location at the Principe real area. Surrounded by tons of restaurants, bars and very close to everywhere. Perfect location if you want to be able to walk everywhere. Service is amazing — they provided very useful info for restaurants, public transportation and such. The units are charming, but I want to point out two things — the shower in the bathroom is a bit difficult to control the temperature. I figured it out but the water is really quite hot. I don’t suggest to spend extra and get the room with balcony unless if you are smoker. It’s extra tiny and somewhat uncomfortable to sit out there. The property is also located in the middle of the LGBTQ neighborhood. So it’s easy walk after bar hopping. I enjoyed my stay very much, and will come back!

Very Bad
The room was so small that it barely fit a bed and almost no place to walk in the room. They do not change towels and bedsheet. Had to use stairs to access the bathroom and it's so small that my head bamped in the ceiling almost every time. These guys do not have their own place and rents apartments in the nearby buildings. My room was damp and no sunlight. One night the upstairs neighbors were so loud that I couldn't sleep till 3 in the morning. This was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

Flores Guest House was perfect for my needs as a solo traveler. The surrounding area js beautiful and has lots of really cool coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable visit
Fantastic assistance from Enrique and all others. Nice double room with plenty of space. Walking distance to most sites of interest if sometimes a bit hilly.

From the moment Ada (sp?) greeted us and walked us to our location (different than the office) we felt right at home. She was full of information and enthusiasm. Our room was very well appointed for a small space (not too small though.) The area was full of youthful energy. There was garden access that we took full advantage of and loved it.

Esta relativamente cerca del centro de lisboa, los alrededores son tranquilos. A unos 20 metros esta un mini super. De 5 a 7 minutos caminando esta una calle de bares y restaurantes. En general la ubicación es muy conveniente y el lugar es bonito. Tienes que subir escaleras para llegar a tu habitación, asi que sera mejor para ti tener un equipaje ligero.

Incredible serviceminded staff who went the extra mile. The room was small and had light smell of mould. Steep stairs for us over 70 years. All necessary cafes, restuarangs, grocery etc in walking distance. Haven,t been the staff kindness and service 5 * I graded this hotel much under what they claim being 4* hotel.

It’s right off the square which is always thronged with people. The noise from outside was not too bad. My room was very close to the reception desk which was staffed 24 hours. While it’s great to have staff available all the time, it also means that staff person is answering the phone or doing very noisy administrative work in the middle of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you.

I could get used to this
Principe Real is where the "cool people" of Lisbon live. Our room overlooked Flores Park, a charming neighbourhood where everyone met with a glass of wine, sorounded by outdoor restaurants with exceptional food and drink at very reasonable prices.
