Check in was quick and easy with very helpful reception staff, who explained everything we needed to know about our stay and the use of the basement parking garage. We needed to leave the hotel very early and was able to do so even without the parking entrance attendant, as the reception desk opened the gate remotely. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us due to its proximity to several great restaurants. One seafood restaurant which we visited is only less than 5 minutes away.

Property was neet and clean. Room was quiet. Bathroom was very nice and updated. Equipped with dow shampoo and body wash. There was no conditioner or body lotion. Our room had minimal air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable. We had to ask for a fan.

While this hotel is well located near the train station and airport, the building itself is in need of significant updating. The lobby and bar area have been remodeled and provide an airy, pleasant atmosphere. The hallways and rooms however are tired and outdated. The price point was high, in my opinion, given the quality of the rooms and the distance from tourist areas.

Breakfast is very good and staff are excellent. Room is clean but some lights are not working, also the cabinets and drawers are quite old. The hotel is close to the public transport, and it is easy to go to city centre and Sintra. Overall the stay is very pleasant and the children enjoyed it very much.
