Péssimo.

O hotel é horrível, muito velho, recepcionistas grossos (com exceção de um senhor). O serviço de arrumação se resume a estender a cama, os copos e xícaras que foram usados, não foram lavados. Colocaram toalhas rasgadas (tenho as fotos). Só presta a localização e o café da manhã é razoável. Em resumo, não indico. Não sei de onde tiraram padrão 3 estrelas, para mim é sem estrela.

très bon emplacement

Hôtel dans son jus, ayant besoin de quelques travaux, notamment dans la salle de bain : robinets d'où l'eau "coule douce", rideau synthétique de la baignoire déchirée, baignoire écaillée... Lampes capricieuses dans la chambre. Matelas à ressort et oreillers en morceaux de mousse... Les placards vieillots ! Mais il y a de points positifs : linge impeccable, petit-déjeuner satisfaisant, même s'il n'y a pas de café "espresso"! Hôtel situé dans un quartier très sympa, huppé.

chambre sobre mais propre, salle de bain très moyenne. baignoire vraiment très petite et étroite avec douche peu pratique. Il vaudrait mieux une simple douche plutôt qu'un semblant de baignoire avec un rideau qui colle pendant la douche.

A estadia foi de 3 noites. Foi possível em 2 dias visitar o Oceanário e o Castelo de São Jorge com bonde, fazer compras, andar pelo Chiado, comer os doces de ovos portugueses.

hotel pas tres propre , mais bien placé

Tout est magnifique, a chaque coins de rue des choses a voir , ( et a manger ) lol , tres belle ville , tres propre , aucune déjection canine (pas comme en france) , dommage pour l’hôtel ! 2 etoiles , et pas 3 , le quartier est rempli d'autres hôtels bcp mieux au mème prix , a eviter , vraiment

Hôtel accueillant dans un quartier calme

L'ensemble de l'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais propre le personnel est accueillant et parle le français le buffet est plutôt bon le quartier pas le plus populaire et animé mais proche l'avenue de la liberdade très jolie et très proche en metro des lieux de visites
