This hotel was in a very good location for sightseeing Lisbon. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, directions for sightseeing, Metro access, and an excellent breakfast was provided. The rooms were large, and clean, the beds were comfortable, and cookies and fruit were provided in the afternoon.

Where do I even start. This hotel is amazing!!! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and provided with a great check in experience. They took their time explaining everything and showed us all the room amenities. The reception staff and bell man were super great! Room is a good size, great amenities and housekeeping was on time and offered turn down service as well. Location is close to all major attractions and restaurants. The breakfast selection and servers were top notch and super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!!

The room was spotless and luxurious. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay outstanding. The hotel is well located and many venues are walkable from the hotel. Shopping is just minutes away. There is a comfortable and safe courtyard located at the back of the hotel. Staff went out of their way to make our stay incredible.

Beautiful hotel with a surprise feature. They have access to the rooftop bar on the hotel next to them. Make sure you go up there one evening to watch the sunset over the city. There now is a subway line that goes by the hotel that can affect some of the rooms. If you are a light sleeper, request a room that isn’t affected. I consider myself a light sleeper and didn’t have any problems sleeping with occasional subway noise, but others may. The staff are very helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a nice breakfast offering on site also. The location is very central to the old part of Lisbon, great for sightseeing.
