추천합니다.
시내랑 거리는 조금 떨어져있지만 근처에 크리스마스 마켓이랑 명품거리? 있어서 걸어서 산책하기 좋았어요. 무엇보다 서비스도 친절하고 조식도 맛있어서 가격대비 훌륭했었습니다.

Perfect breakfast with nice service
Breakfast is awesome. People were gentle with nice service. But it was so strange about the shower booth design and room locations. I could not open my curtain during day time as all people could see my room through their walking ways. But if I go back Lisboa, I will choose this place again. And their giftshop is also reasonable.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 깨끗하고 방도 넓고 인테리어도 최신식이고 좋음. 8층이었는데 뷰 좋고 침구도 좋음. 스파랑 사우나도 이용했는데 사우나가 너무 좋았음. 피로가 많이 풀림. 야외 수영장은 크지는 않지만 적당히 놀고 일광욕 하기 좋음. 시내 가는 길이 명품 거리라서 다니면서 구경도 잘 했음. 다만 욕실 어메니티가 샴푸 트리트먼트 같은건 있지만 일회용 용품은 따로 준비 안해줌. 달라고 하면 주는 것 같은데 그냥 내꺼 있어서 내꺼 썼음.

괜찮지만 단점이 많은 호텔
일단 유럽내 다른 비싸고 급이 떨어지는 호텔을 다니다가 이 호텔을 방문하였을때 첫인상은 좋았습니다. 왜냐하면 방의 상태나 크기 그리고 청결함 등이 4성 이상의 느낌이었거든요. 근데 담배냄새가 심하게 났습니다. 얘기하였더니 자기네 호텔은 금연이지만 누군가가 폈을수도 있어 어쩔수 없다더군요. 4일을 묵었는데, 금액을 더주고 나머지 2일은 시티뷰로 예약했는데 하루 30불이나 더 주고 있을 이유는 찾지 못했습니다. 또 다른 단점들은 카운터 직원들이 아주 친절하지는 않았습니다. 그리고 청소하시는 분들이 시시때때로 그냥 들어오고, 막 노크하더니 물있냐? 냉장고 체크하겠다 등등 교육상태가 엉망이었습니다. 리스본의 특성상 물가가 저렴함에도 이 호텔은 다른 나라에 비해 동급대비 낫다는거지 결코 저렴하지도 않았구요. 위치는 좋습니다. 시티투어 버스가 바로 근처에서 출발합니다. 조식도 훌륭합니다. 단점도 장점도 많은 호텔입니다.

Rooms were big based on European standards and quiet. The breakfast was excellent including the facility. Also enjoyed the free water dispenser on each floor.

Let me start by staff being very nice and helpful and hotel has this clean scent from the minute you walk in. Room is spacious and very clean. Very comfortable. Ok so the down side, only one functioning elevator for the hotel . We stayed 4 days and all 4 days the other elevator was broken. The shower is i. The middle of the room with clear glass which you don’t have any privacy while showering. Great coffee machine in the room but I asked for creamer and they didn’t have available for all the days I was there. It is not in the center of it all but not soo distant either. I noticed it was in A good neighborhood as well. Next time, I would definitely consider staying closer to all the action.

Top Hotel in einer tollen Lage. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist als Buffet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Zentrum von Lissabon ist zu Fuß in 30 min. zu erreichen. Schöner entspannter Spaziergang durch die Allee bis zur Innenstadt.

My trip was for work. I also stayed at this hotel during my last visit to Lisbon, also for work. Hotel's location is good for me as it is close to my clients. Thst is about it, what i can say abou thiis hotel. There is no room amenity, those you would expect at least from similar hotels. Its all very basic.

We had a lovely stay. The staff were amazing and nothing was ever too much. The facilities were great and breakfast each morning had loads of options. There is a metro station near by, so it’s easy to get to places. The surrounding area is lovely too, with lots of dining places and a big park to walk around. Would defo recommend.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. Special call out to inish in the spa. Compared to other 5 stars this wasn't quite there for us. The spa is a bit basic, breakfast was ok, the guys in the bar were super helpful. We booked the spa massage and meal deal, massage and spa was fine relaxing etc. but the meal was bland, with some of the food undercooked and not seasoned. To their credit they did try to rectify, a free cocktail etc... Lisbon was great, though. Would probably stay somewhere else though rather than come back to the hotel,

Classificação totalmente descabida.
Inexplicável a classificação deste hotel como 5 estrelas. a despeito da boa localização, o hotel tem estrutura semelhante a rede IBIS, com poucos funcionários, precária estrutura e sem absolutamente nenhuma justificativa para o preço e a classificação. Não recomendo de forma alguma. O hotel é realmente muito abaixo do que se espera da rede e, também, da descabida classificação atribuída a ele. Hotel mediano.

Not sure how this hotel ranked 5-star and rated in 9.0, which was the reason why I picked this hotel. Overall our experience isn't close to 5-star. Guestroom hallway and entry doors are narrow and are looking like motel. Guestroom design is ok, but the floor, carpet and furnitures are old and shaggy. Views from the 4th floor are either facing busy road or outdated buildings, and guess it should make no difference in higher floor. The breakfast is pretty poor in quality compare to other hotels I stayed during the trip. Also, one episode.... someone (I think it is bellboy) puts other guest carriers in our room when we were out. It was really bad feeling not just having someone in our room but also knowing the one didn't move it out when realized it was occupied (obvious). When I called the front desk to check, the response was that he has no idea and there is nothing he could do. Again... 5-star?? I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Positive: Good situation for exploring Lisbon. Friendly staff. Clean look & feel. Negative:: - Overall Hotel does not deserve anymore 5-star rating in international comparison, and correspondingly pricing, i.e. is heavily overpriced. Max 3-4 stars would be adequate, also regarding the rates. No "seleccion"- certification deserved, as not noticeable. Short-stay business hotel rather than holiday hotel. Most significant aspects: - Size, decoration and furnishing of public spaces as well as the rooms is not 5-star standard. In the whole hotel, fresh air ventillation is a serious problem, as generally, windows cannot be opened (-> Corona etc. risk.) Corridors are much too narrow, overheated without fresh air, strange smells, Also restaurant lacks fresh air Perfume in the Lobby does not help. - Elevators: too few, too small, too old - Room: No windows to open, just aircon. Modernistic designer decoration without much functionality and "cheap" impression. Sink and tap design higly unpractical and not hygenic. - Breakfast: ok for 3-4-star standard, not 5-star. Mediocre cooking, often not much taste. Overall, unfortunately, a disappointment and unproportionally overpaid. Thank you, Xin Li & Andreas Rabich
