The staff at check in is friendly and helpful as much the can. A good idea to improve customer service is the easy way for the customer to reach the subway system and the major tourist attractions. The breakfast is not included if you're not a member of the Ibis club. Very good food and hours of operation.

The room and hotel services were efficient and met our travel needs as friends and I spent 2 days in Lisbon on a longer vacation. Access to Metro is very good. The old quarter is a pleasurable 45 min. Breakfast is 4 out of 5 and has everything needed. I would recommend the hotel to both business and holiday travelers.

We found it really great price and quality for a 2 star hotel. Clean, staff speaks English well and is very helpful, it was quiet and beds were very comfortable. 24 hours restaurant on site is a huge plus, even though portions were quite small and pricey, but it was delicious. Very comfortable location for the bus station. Will be back again.
