There is no better place to stay in Lisbon with kids. The staff is very helpful and kind. It truly feels like home - I travel to Lisbon frequently to work and bring my child with me. As a result, child knows the kids club staff and begs to go back (which rarely happens).

The Martinhal Chiado property is located in a great spot to walk to trendy restaurants, shops, and other neighborhoods. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The staff are all so responsive and helpful. Our children loved the rock climbing wall and the on-property restaurant.

This is a great place to stay with kids. The staff are friendly and very attentive to family needs. Our kids felt very comfortable here as did we. They are also very good at arranging tours within the city and also for day trips out of Lisbon if you are interested in those. Overall great stay for our family.

The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Always a warm greeting when they see us. Excellent breakfast- Buffet plus a made to order omelet if desired and coffee or cappucino. A 5 star hotel.

Great location. Delicious fresh buffet breakfast that was included. Helpful to be on go with kids, but you need to make reservation which was annoying bc I don't think necessary. My kids 4 and 7 and hotel play area def for kids 3 and under. I thought I'd have somewhere for them to "get sillies out" and not helpful for me bc felt like I had to keep quiet bc it's tucked behind reception. It's still city boutique size. But very clean, helpful staff. Loved this apartment. Bunk beds perfect, separate room, clean, cool style, very comfy beds. Paid for parking spot nearby with hotel helpful. I'd Stay there again for price and bed arrangement for family of 4.

So helpful, very good for toddlers. I had my 5 year old and I actually didnt intend to use the kids club but as soon as she saw the kids club, she liked it more than going out! Typical! Anyway, she only used it for an hour when we came back from our day so was useful for me so I could have a shower and then picked her up to start her night routine. Would definilty come back. Only downside, not the hotels fault but the location is very good but on the weekend does get rowdy and the few occasions I was woken up by the noise.
