Overall this boutique hotel is very good vibe, colorful and modern interior, with lots of places you can take a funky selfie. Clean and quite hotel. Suggest to have the Netflix installed in the TV (coz only CNN, SkyNews in English).

We arrived after a long journey from Vancouver, Canada, during the heat wave. Needless to say, we were very tired when we arrived. We didn’t realize that you had to walk through the restaurant inside the entrance to get to the front desk and it took us a bit to figure it out. Once we did, the girl at the desk was really nice and let us leave our bags so we could go grab food while we waited for our room to be ready. We were pleasantly surprised when we came back to see our comfortable room. It was a family room with four beds and two bathrooms - it was clean and the beds were comfy. The a/c was a nice reprieve from the heat. We loved the location of the hotel since we could walk to so many good restaurants and areas of town. Highly recommend! Obrigada.

Second time at Moxy was just as amazing as the first time. The highlight is really the staff. They were the realest, most down to earth team I've ever dealt with. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE, was super helpful, accommodating and gave us helpful tips and tricks to navigate the city as well as all the sites to see(including the ones off the beaten path). This will be the ONLY hotel I will stay at in Lisbon.

Talk about convenient, literally a three minute walk from the train station. Nice rooms with AC, staff is super friendly, a nice bar area. I wish they had a pool but don’t. Highly recommend.

Moxy is an amazing property. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They answered all my stupid questions and pointed me in the right direction every day! From the moment we entered the hotel and we checked in we knew we made the wrong decision to booking at this hotel. Decor was not we were expecting. The person at the check in desk didn’t find our reservation but was not even kind to communicate with us. She seemed rude and mad. Elevators had a weird decoration with strange pictures. Room was small and had minimum amenities. Breakfast was so so. We paid a similar price for a better boutique hotel centrally located, with amazing breakfast and kind and caring staff just 5 days before. The only good thing about the hotel is the location (which was the reason why we didn’t take the previous hotel we had been at). It’s right in front of the train station, close to the airport and has a convenient on-site parking at a good daily rate.
