Excellent location made this the ideal place to stay for a short stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was quite small meaning there was nowhere to sit, but as only staying for 4 nights it wasn’t the end of the world but a chair would have enhanced my stay.

Story Hotel Augusta couldn't be better located—right on Rua da Augusta, steps from Commerce Square and Rossio, yet peaceful, stylish, and spotlessly clean inside. What truly sets it apart is the fantastic, warm service from the staff, who go above and beyond with great local tips. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The gentleman at reception was AMAZING and so kind. The service was fantastic. Clean rooms and nice amenities. The rooms are a bit small but that did not bother us, as it was clean and everything we needed. If you are more than two people it might be too tight tho. The location is INCREDIBLE !!! The best, right in the middle of everything.

Amazing hotel with a great staff! Steven was amazing, he helped us with check-in and made the entire experience wonderful. He was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located close to everything. Highly recommend!

Long international flight but hotel arranged transfer was waiting at arrivals which made it easy. Able to check in early, room was small but expected and as per website, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and quite varied with good coffee. Very enjoyable stay!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the central tourist district. Everything is easily accessible from here and you are in the middle of the action. That said, the rooms are quiet and peaceful, roomy and pleasant. Staff was attentive and helpful, breakfast was very nice and not unreasonably priced. Will be back!
