Great price and location best for close to the airport on price. A 20 minute bus ride and short walk. Later than most checkout time. Basic but good rooms, excellent kitchen. Good communication on entering the property and check in. Problem with keys to get in the street door. Overall very happy with the venue.

I had excellent communication with the owner. Easy to follow instructions to find and get into the property. My room was clean and well decorated. I need a place close enough to the airport that allowed for a flexible check in and this place was perfect.

Cleanliness could be improved. The hosts are very helpful and are available to answer any questions. The location is very good, however rooms facing the street can be quite noisy. That said, this is something to be expected when staying in the city on a city trip.

The rooms are clean and well appointed. Has a nice kitchen area with dishes and utensils. The only hit is some noise from the elevator. Over all a decent place to stay in Lisbon

The communication was excellent on how to get into the room. But, you need to follow the instructions exactly or you will be frustrated. There were a few items in the room that were broken. The sink tap was not attached to the sink and taped together. The shower control lever was missing a part (but worked). There were two pictures on the wall that were broken and held together by fishing line and tape. The bed was good for comfort and all the sheets and towels seemed clean. We were there only for one night before having to catch a flight in the morning.

Overall no major complaints. Wanted to give 3.5 as better than 3 stars but not a 4! The owner was very quick with responses and helped with luggage storage as we arrived early. The room was pretty good as well with housekeeping done on day 3. Our concers were: 1. The bedsheets and pillow covers could have been cleaners (without some staines), although they were washed. 2. The AC was inconsistent throughout the night. As we spend most of our time roaming around, it was perfect for us for the price we paid.

We had a great stay at NLC Rooms & Suites. The room was spacious and had a fridge. Shared bathrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful thanks to respectful guests. It’s perfect for independent travelers who don’t need hotel-style service. The location is excellent, close to public transport and just a 4-euro Uber ride from the airport. The only problem some guests might face is arriving at midnight without having received the entry code or without internet access. It can be difficult, and sometimes they ring the doorbell and wake up other guests to get in. I think it would be better to send the codes earlier or have someone available by phone 24/7. And as soon as the booking is made, full information about check-in and the stay should be sent.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. Not a clean place. Human hair everywhere inn the room. Bathroom not clean sonsharing a bathroom was not a great experience Room 3, AC , making a noise every 15 mins Sent a message to contact, no reply You get what you oay for We were a couple so okay, think again if you are in your own. Noone around in case id emergency.

Not exactly like on the pictures, much more “tired” and not well maintained - bunch of semi broken items (drawers, furniture, even wall decorations) and semi-dirty surfaces (layer of dust on the mirror, water stains, towels with stains of usage, random hairs on the walls). The room was close to the shared bathroom and the insulation is very poor, so it was quite noisy at night and early mornings. They also provide cleaning which i didn’t want/need and there’s no way to sign it. Location is not too centric but well connected with public transport.

Awfully loud noise that was either the broken AC or broken wall pipping that made a buzzing noise every 10 minutes. Unable to sleep at all. Self check in was weird, staying on a floor of an office building. Super thin walls, could hear other people.

The room was not the cleanest there was mold and dirt build up in the washroom, the pillows were so yellow and disgusting! I went to look for extras in the closet and everything looked like it was untouched after the last person used it. All due respect for the owner but this was the worst experience I had with any hotel! I had to book another hotel the first day we got there and left after paying so much money. The stairs case was broken and a lot of the lights did not work, the elevator as well was very unrealiable along with the keys given to enter the building! I do not recommend anyone to book this place. I will be reaching out to Expedia for a refund due to the absolute horrible experience I had with this location.

It is criminal to pay any more than 30€ a night here. The place is not maintained at all. There is mold all over the bathrooms. I couldn't look in any one place in my room for too long without getting uncomfortable about the germs. I felt unclean after staying here. I do not recommend this place.
