Immaculate and great location. Beds are not comfortable- very hard. Expected better from a property of this level. Their response was to put a mattress topper on - on the last night of our stay. Staff and amenities are fine but not memorable. Overall disappointing.

I had an enjoyable stay for 7 days and travelled alone. It was a lovely place with warm hospitality, very professional staff and service, they are very friendly too. I would definitely recommend you to choose this place as your stay in Portugal. Located within city centre, the appearance outside of this hotel may be not that ‘glamorous’ as it seems, but trust me the interior and service are worth the price. The hotel was beautiful. It was very well maintained and had all the amenities you needed at a hotel. The grounds were clean and all the furniture was pretty much updated.
