We found the hotel suitable for our stay & not too far from the city centre (about 10-15 mins walk) . The rooms were clean & well maintained, breakfast was good & drinks were available throughout the day (coffee). The staff were very helpful & very knowledgeable of the city. The hotel also has a roof terrace which is ideal for having your breakfast or for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing . Would suggest may not be suitable for anyone with walking issues as the hotel in located at near the top of a steep hill - but this did not affect our stay whatsoever. Would recommend this hotel for a city break.

Excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff. Breakfast is great and starts early 7 am which gave us a head start to explore the city early. Location would somewhat be subjective. The hotel is located on the top portion of the street and if you’re coming from Restauradores, or Rossio, it woudk be a moderate climb every time. But it’s Lisbon! So expect the challenge of the seven hills!

The hotel is an older but well renovated building. The room was pleasant with ac and a city view. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was that the room had no usb ports - an odd thing in today’s modern world. However, would highly recommend.

Lovely stay with family. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast choice was superb with eggs made to order. The room, albeit small, had everything we wanted, was clean and most important the bed was very comfortable. The location was great walking distance to city centre but beware Lisbon is hilly!! We used Bolt a few times at the end of an evening out. If you want a restaurant away from tourists and a short walk go up the hill to the park where you’ll find a lovely Italian restaurant
