The hotel was good, a nice location too , we like it. The only issue was wait to long for check in since our fly arrived to early in Portugal. Another issue was a couple who insulted my husband for taking on the phone . We don’t understood what the issue was , because they say staff didn’t have nothing to do with them, we reported to hotel we hope they will addressed the situation.we love the door men’s crisselmo Alvaro & Miguel and karlota they was super nice very very polite people and super friendly.

Very nice staff especially the young man in the lounge. The breakfast was very good and extensive. Unfortunately I left some nice leather shoes in our room when we checked out. Upon phoning several times and going back a day later, I was told there was nothing left. I told them exactly where they were left. They said they checked. Be careful with your belongings.

The hotel was clean and pristine both in my room and in the common areas. It is also in a very convenient, central, and walkable location. A lot of high-end stores are close to the hotel. And it is just a few minutes walk from Marquês de Pombal Square. The Front Desk staff were helpful, although some were more pleasant (smiling) than others (more stoic). The Bellman that helped me with my luggage when I checked in on August 25, 2026, was very welcoming.

Everything about the property was excellent from the cleanliness of the rooms to the very pleasant and helpful staff. Shops and restaurants were within close proximity which helped a lot since we did not have a car.

Nice hotel but communication between housekeeping and front desk is not working. We put in a request for lost item after first day and moving rooms because of a group reservation. Front desk never seemed to have a response and we checked nearly every for a week and again in 9 days and still they couldn’t confirm with housekeeping. The room I booked myself was so much better than the one that was assigned by our travel agency, but the front desk told us to move to the new room because it was an upgrade. Was not. Was located a fair piece from historic and water, but some decent restaurant close by. Shopping was all high end and designer, if that’s your style.
