The staff was excellent, very helpful and polite. The breakfast was great and a very good variety of choices. The location was very good with the hop on hop off bus just a few blocks away, grocery store near by and many restaurants too choose from. I did not like the shower as the temperature constantly changed and the bed was very hard.

The hotel is super clean, which was very important to us. Everything was well maintained, spotless, and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Old Lisbon, but the walk is enjoyable and a great way to explore the city. I actually liked that the hotel is a little away from the crowded tourist areas while still being located in a nice, high-end shopping area. Catalina and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with great information about places to visit and helped us with planning and booking our trips, which made our stay much easier. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if cleanliness is important to you and you prefer staying in a quieter, upscale area while still being within walking distance of the main attractions.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were great and spoke English. The food was lovely at breakfast and the bar was fab as well. The only negative thing to say was the room was very dark even with lights on in the evening and made reading etc difficult.
