I can definitely recommend hotel stuff who are there for you at all times. Hotel stuff really do their best for you by asking you if you need anything and giving you useful advises. This is applicable across all stuff, from kitchen via reception to the cleaning ladies, this sort of help you do not come across every day, we wete pleasantly suprised, I would recommend hotel Lift at Rua do Ouro street in Lisabon to everybody.

Great location, front staff was excellent. We initially got room 23 which faces the main street and was super noisy all day and all night. We asked them to move us and got room 32 which was perfect, super quiet. We loved the location, close to everything such as train station, historical area, restaurants and shops. We would stay here again as long as we don’t get a room facing the main street.
