The hotel was right across the street from Oriente train station and 10 minutes from the airport. This was perfect for our travel plans. We had a quick layover and we were able to rest comfortably before heading home. We had room service and ate at the restaurant. They were both excellent. The food was very good. Great stay at Tivoli Hotel Lisbon! Perfect location, steps from the train station and only 9 minutes from the airport. Modern hotel, comfy beds, lots of restaurants nearby, and excellent in-room dining. Staff were very friendly and accommodated an early check-in. Note: the hotel has a perfume scent throughout the common areas, but the rooms do not. Would definitely stay here again!

If you need somewhere to stay near the Oriente station or the airport the placement of the hotel is ideal. There are good restaurant options within walking distance and Guilty was also good the hotel has a musty/damp odor though and our air conditioner was leaking water from condensation in the room enough to create a large puddle by the door by morning.

The front desk staff is very friendly. We didn’t find the restaurant/bar staff to be kind or helpful, but we still enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The hotel is very walkable to restaurants, the aquarium, and a shopping center with very nice views of the water.

Stayed 1 night before flight home . Situated very close to airport , beautiful rooms and very clean . Roof top restaurant is overpriced and food is ok , I had to send back the sliders because the bread was rock solid , slow service , the water and drinks came to the table after food
