The location is very good which many restaurants and shop nearby. You can easily access to tourist attraction. The breakfast is good with variety of choice and the service in the restaurant is excellent. Their service achieved the top one that I recd for the last 10 hotels I visited. But the cleaning service still has room to improve. ( but it is a common issue that we come across in Portugal)

Outstanding hotel! Location is amazing - right in the middle of many activities, shopping and restaurants. We were traveling during a heat wave and the air conditioning was great. Service was excellent - would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is really nice. The bellman came out and helped us with our luggage. They offer a friendly greeting and it was clean. Housekeeping came to see if we needed anything. The pool on the roof was also nice.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very accommodating in changing our room at check in (our original room was very dark directly facing a rundown building). The location is good if you need access to the tourist buses or high end shopping. Otherwise, it's about a 20 minute walk to Rua Augusta and Chiado. The carpet in the room had some stains in it from previous guests spilling coffee, and the bed was too soft for our liking, but the AC worked great and it was very comfortable temperature for sleeping.

I absolutely loved Turim Boulevard Hotel it’s truly a 5 star hotel! The location was perfect for me and my friends. We stayed in their 2 room family suite and it was perfect for 3 ladies! The staff was excellent as well and gave us great recommendations for breakfast, rooftops, local beers/ drinks also, directions on the metro. We stayed March 11-14 for reference.
