Upon arrival, we were initially disappointed with the location, lack of kitchen supplies and little things like no coffee and end tables, tiny bedroom closet so no place to put both our clothes, suitcases, etc…. But we soon figured out the metro, appreciated the grocery store next door, and really enjoyed the heated rooftop pool that was still open. All in all, everything worked out fine and think it was good value.

We had a wonderful stay at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences. The suite had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a living room with a pullout couch, and a kitchen with a round table. We had a nice breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend!

Once again thank you to all the staff from Upon including the restaurant. I stay here every three months when I come and see my son and he truly loves it there. Breakfast and the burgers are the best, FYI if you are coming from the States check it out you love it. Pingo Doce grocery store right accross the street from Upon. Uber eats and Uber quickly delivery and pick up. Colombo Shopping Mall 15 minute walk from the hotel nice and safe. Benfica stadium right across the bridge Great rooftop pool Great internet and kitchens Once again thank you all the way from Houston Texas. Don't doubt yourself and check it out.

We had a lovely time staying at the Upon Prime Residence in Lisbon. Beautiful room/apartment with everything we needed! The rooftop pool was lovely as well. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful staff in a lovely clean hotel with great pool. The location( as described ) was out of town but easy to go anywhere but uber or walk to metro. Couple of small things- staff we generous to give us a terrace but only had 2 plastic chairs( they did give us 2 more when requested) this could have been made a much more useable and welcoming space. Lots of utensils and cooking facilities but really lacking on crockery( no dinner plates, bowls or sufficient glasses). Great washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes ( there was self service laundrette in hotel but wasn’t really what we were looking for)- a drying rack would have been perfect. Again could not fault staff, cleanliness or communication. Family of 4 stayed for one week.

We booked this location because of the star rating and prior reviews. Sadly, it was anything but a 4 star hotel, and not even sure how it is ranked 4.5 on Expedia. The hotel area was clean and well kept, the staff was average at best no real impactful interactions with any of the staff members. The room itself was fine with the exception of the extremely loud bathroom fan, and the only thing I can describe as slightly above the worst sleep I’ve ever had, in booking a four star hotel I expected extremely comfortable mattress, very soft, comfortable sheets and plush soft pillows, and this was completely opposite. The bed mattress was just over 6 inches thick on top of a board sitting just about 12 inches off the ground, you can actually see the bedsprings against the sheets,the pillows were small and lumpy, and the sheets were not nearly as soft as every other place that we stayed in during our trip of Portugal. Again I booked this place as a nice relaxing sleep before a 22 hour travel day and hoping to get a great night sleep and woke up three hours into my rest with a kinked neck, a sore back and five hours left to wait to wake up which was spent tossing and turning, just trying to find a comfortable spot however, the bedsprings were pushing into my back. Sadly, I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone as it just was underwhelming.
