The property was nice and there was excellent service provided by Carlos, Olena, and Antonio. The property is kept well and there is this aroma that when you enter the lobby is absolutely warm and inviting. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel

This was a last minute booking, it is not close to the city but it is one train ride away! The rooms were clean, the fridges were stocked if you wanted to buy something at ease! The front seat manager was very accommodating for our last minute request! There is a great sized pool for the hotter days which was nice and a restaurant with great food options! Thank you for having us!

Needs hospitality improvement

The hotel is located in the industrial area of Lisbon. It was adequately clean. The staff we found were not very friendly and said they were too busy to give assistance when needing help checking in for our flight. When pressured they finally gave us some help. Breakfast buffet had a good assortment and the breakfast lady manager worked very hard while her 2 assistants were slow and un-engaging. She certainly needed more help. The dinner staff was extremely slow. It took a long time for them to acknowledge you were there even present though the restaurant area was practically empty. It then took them over a half hour to fix an omlette with fries.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. But other guests made such a racket all afternoon and evening hours, not stopping until midnight. It was impossible to sleep. It sounded like they were renovating the room above us. Can’t say I’ll come here again.

The hotel was a good choice for a one night stay close to the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly and recommended a nice local restaurant which pricing wise was very reasonable and the food was good.
