Great location
An amazing location, close to everything. Parking was a distance and difficult to find. I would recommend using backpacks instead of luggage.

The property is well located to sites and restaurants. However there is an outdoor bar just outside property and you have to listen to drunks until wee hours of the morning. We couldn’t shut our windows because the air conditioning was not working and it was hot. Bring earplugs!

The breakfast was awesome but the room was very very disappointing; very small with stained glass for the shower and stained glass for the toilet with no fan. No air conditioning with a little fan that doesn’t push air at all. The bed is about 3 inches above floor meaning that it’s like your almost sleeping on the floor. Wasn’t pleased at all with that type of room… one thing that was nice also, is that we were able to bring our luggage to the reception before our check-in since we were already in Sintra

accueil charmant , bonne communication par mail pour l'arrivée. chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuner tres bon.attention pour info l'accès en voiture est difficile et le stationnement est un peu compliqué au mois d'août mais cela n'est en rien la faute de l'hôte

The property is in an excellent location for walking around Sintra, whilst not being in the middle of the tourist area. The room was quiet, large and beautifully decorated and clean. We stayed in room 101 which had a balcony which was lovely to sit on in the spring sunshine. They kindly catered for us as vegans for breakfast. The people at the guest house were lovely and it's a bonus that you get to use the kitchen to hot drinks. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

El trato fue excelente y el lugar es muy cómodo y acogedor. Hay que hacer piernas para llegar al sitio desde la estación de tren, y es posible que durante algunas noches se escuche jaleo de bares cercanos.

Staying in Sintra at this property was a great experience. Ana was very friendly at reception, the hotel was close to the main attractions in Sintra and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious. The property was clean and i would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful from the moment I walked in to the moment I said goodbye. My host was absolutely wonderful. She made every effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is in the perfect part of Sintra where you don't have to go more than a few steps for a meal and the entire area is a paradise to walk. I definitely recommend. I was a solo traveler and always felt safe.

Location was excellent. Room was tiny, much smaller than the picture.. probably not suitable for two people, but luckyly i was traveling alone. Girl in the reception was very friendly. Internet was extremely slow.. not suitable for streaming.

Charming hotel, great location
We had a wonderful stay is this very charming small hotel. The owner was polite and service-minded. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and clean (like the rest of the place). Breakfast was good. The location is excellent: 15-minute walk from the train station, 10-minute walk to Quinta da Regaleira, 1-minute walk to a bus stop if you want to go to Pena Palace. We tried the restaurant across the alley, Tascantiga, and the food was amazing!

Perfectly located guesthouse!
Couldn’t be happier by staying at this guesthouse. It’s located right in the historical center and in the walking distance to many sites. The breakfast buffet was plenty. I had a bigger room with a balcony with a beautiful view over the hills. Definitely recommend staying here!

Small, cozy and nicely designed boutique hotel in perfect tucked away area. Breakfast included plus restaurants with nice outdoor seating very close by. Easy to see the town and walk to many important landmarks.

We kregen een electronische toegangscode toegestuurd om de deur te openen van dit verder lege hotel. Niemand voor ontvanst maar 's morgens stond er wel een mooi ontbijtbuffetje klaar. Leuke kamer met terras. Wel enkele lichte sporen van slijtage door gebruik op te merken in de kamer. De 'flush' van de wc maakte bijvoorbeeld lawaai (kabbelend geluid uit het niets, soms beetje lastig 's nachts).

Bien noté par les autres voyageurs mais pour nous pas à la hauteur de la note attribuée La chambre sous les combles n’a pas de clim mais un petit ventilateur hors d’âge qui fait un bruit pas possible et donc la chaleur est étouffante dans la chambre , le lit inconfortable qui a vécu déjà une longue vie avant de nous accueillir et de multiples autres détails peu avenants On est partis à 23h pour aller dans une chambre à l’hôtel pour trouver du confort On ne conseille pas donc mais à vous de voir ...

Nous regrettons que votre expérience n'ait pas été la meilleure, cependant ce commentaire ne traduit pas la vérité. Ils ont utilisé la chambre et tous les services publics, ainsi que les serviettes et les lits, puis sont partis au milieu de la nuit, afin qu'ils n'aient pas à payer pour le séjour. Ils ne sont pas les bienvenus et nous ne le recommandons à aucun autre propriétaire.
