방에 사람도 없는데 2층침대에 배정받았고 침대에 커튼이라든지 아무것도 없어서 잘때 떨어지지 않도록 조심해야힙니다 ㅜㅜ 세탁경우에 리셉션에서 스탭이 없어서 주인아저씨한테 여쭤보고 5유로 지불했는데도 받아주기 싫어하시고 나몰라라하시는 태도로 불친절하셨는데 굉장히 불쾌했습니다.

우선 큰 길가에 있는 숙소임에도 불구하고 아침저녁으로 창을 닫으면 조용해서 좋습니다. 늦은시간 들어가도 무섭지 않으며, 숙소는 각개별 베드가 아늑하고 매우 청결합니다. 남여 구분된 별도의 샤워실과 화장실이 있어 편리합니다. 공용식당 및 부엌도 공간이 넉넉하며 직원분들이 친절하시고 적극적이십니다. 엘리베이터가 있어 무거운 짐을 위층까지 올리는데도 큰 문제가 없습니다. 아침식사는 별도였지만, 3유로면 먹을만 합니다. 입지가 나쁘지 않아 개인적으로는 추천할만한 곳입니다.

최악^^ 배드버그물리고, 체트인도 제 시간에 안해주는 숙소
일단 골든트램에서 배드버그 잔뜩 물렸어요^^ 첫날 자고일어나서 일행이 벌레를 엄청 물렸다기에 모기겠지 하고 말았는데 그 다음날 저도 잔뜩 물리더라고요? 근데 일렬로 물리진 않았길래 바보같이 또 모기아냐? 하고 넘겼는데, 그 다음날 일어나니 배드버그 폭격 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 여기 후기에서 한달전에 배드버그 나왔다는 글을 보긴 했는데, 겉보기엔 멀끔해보여서 침대시트 뒤집어보고 하는걸 깜빡했네요. 저희가 둔해서 아무런 보상도 못받고 나왔는데요. 이 호스텔은 배드버그가 지속적으로 나오고있고, 저같이 물린 사람도 있는 호스텔임을 숙지하시고 예약여부를 결정하시는게 좋을거같네요. 한가지 더 말씀드리자면, 여기 체크인이 1시라고 쓰여져있음에도 불구하고 그 시간에 절대 체크인안해줍니다. 일부로 근처 카페에서 시간떼우다가 체크인시간 맞춰 들어갔는데 2시정도에 체크인이 가능하다고 시간을 미루더라고요. 한시간정도야 기다려보자란 생각으로 버텼는데 2시 반이 되도록 체크인해준다는 소리를 안하더라고요. 여행와서 일분일초가 아깝잖아요. 참다참다 가서 체크인 해달라고했더니 준비가 안됐다고, 자기는 체크인해줄수 없다고 하더라고요. 그거까진 이해할 수 있어요. 근데 문제는 여자종업원 태도였어요. 저희는 체크인시간이 이미 넘었고 약속된 시간을 지켜야하지 않냐고 물었더니 무조건 모르쇠, 준비가 안됐는데 어쩌라는거냐만 반복하다가 횡하니 가버리더라고요. 내려가서는 데스크앞에 지 친구들 모아놓고 떠들고나 있고 ㅋㅋㅋ 참ㅋㅋ 이런 사람을 직원으로 고용하다니 ㅋㅋ 결론은요. 휴게실같은데 앉아있다보니까 나이 지긋하신 여자분이 오셔서 인사를 하시더라고요? 그래서 혹시나하는 마음에 사정을 얘기해봤는데 그 사람이 보스였나봐요. 3분만에 방으로 보내주더라고요 ㅎㅎ 이런 불친절한 종업원과 배드버그가 있던 골든트램 242 호스텔.. 위치는 좋았답니다 ^^...

리스본여행 2일동안 너무 조아써요!!! 비행기가 지연되서 새벽2시에 체크인했는데도 너무 친절했고 마지막까지 친절하게 알려줘서 너무 만족이여써요 ! 위치는 정말 최고 객실도 안락했고 침구도 너무 조아써요 조식도 포함된 가격도 너무 합리적이였구요 다만 샤워공간이 너무 좁아써요.... 그거빼곤 추천이요 !!!

정말 잘 있다 갑니다.
여기서 2박을 했습니다. 일단 위치는 호시우 광장에서 5분도 안걸려요. 골든 트램 표시 있는데 문이 조금 작아서 지나 칠 수도 있는데 프레드페리 메장 바로 옆 문이라 쉽게 찾을 수 있을겁니다. 위치는 호시우 광장이라 어디든 이동하기 편하구요. 객실을 매일 청소해 주고 깨끗합니다. 층마다 남녀 구분된 공용 욕실있는데 남자꺼는 5~6개 부스로 되있어서 줄 서지 않으셔도 됩니다. 그리고 프런트데스크에 직원들 영어 잘하고 친절해서 좋았습니다. 조식은 기본 적인 빵과 시리얼, 과일을 뷔페식으로 먹을 수 있습니다.

the best thing is 'location'. In my case, i stayed at 10 dorm. and the room was little bit narrow. but the bed was good. very comfortable. At every floor there are 3~4 shower booths, 2 toilets (female and male respectively). and i didn't have to wait for it.

The one good thing about this hostel is that it is centrally located in the city. They fail to mention that they have a single toilet and 3 showers for each gender in the hostel. The showers and bathroom were extremely dirty, had various bugs crawling around them, and always smelled disgusting. The hotel manager also fails to mention that they turn the air conditioning on at night and prohibit you from opening the window, leaving you in a hot room with 7 other people. Avoid this place.

The hostel is well located, the lady at the front desk was very nice and clearly doing the best she could. But that is about it. The place looks and smells old and dirty. The bathroom in my floor had no lock and the shower didn't work, which means I had to go up a flight of stairs every time I needed something. As I opened my locker I found a dirty pair of socks. The beds had no privacy shade and the bedroom had no curtain so unless you are fine sleeping with the sun on your face, bring a pair of blindfolds. I also had travel issues and when I called the hotel to give them a heads up I apparently reached the owner who was very unhelpful and rude.

Place needs some love put into it - building in a state of disrepair, rooms and bathrooms felt dirty. Baggage room left open & unlocked - not enough keys for the front door. Lady at the counter was absolutely lovely though and doing the best she could

Auberge qui a besoin d'un sacré rafraichissement et d'une inspection sanitaire. les photos sur le site ne sont pas le reflet de la réalité - pas de piscine comme mentionné, mais bon ce n'est pas le plus grave; les sanitaires sont dans un états d'insalubrité; les chambres privés s'en sortent un peu mieux- petit déjeuner passable (pas de thé, de la tisane) (le personnel manipule le jambon et fromage avec les mains sans prendre de gants) - le seul point positif de cette auberge est sa situation

TOPLOCATIE ! De accomodatie is verouderd en er wordt niet meer in geinvesteerd. Wij zochten enkel een propere slaapplaats voor 2 nachten, met eigen douche/toilet, op een goeie ligging. Dus voor ons was dit ideaal. Als een beetje roest, loskomend behangpapier, ..... jou niet stoort, als je verder geen luxe wil, dan is dit goed. Er staat wel vermeld dat ontbijt inbegrepen is, maar ontbijt is er niet. Enkel een koffiemachine , die je onbeperkt kan gebruiken. Maar voor ons maakte de toplocatie alles goed !

You Don’t Want To Stay Here! It’s dirty, old, run down, no water in the shower. It is owned and run by an 82 year old man who should be retired.

Staff was friendly. But because the check-in system was down, we waited for over an hour to get into our rooms. Location is great. And that's it. Private room was worn down, air conditioning was leaking (not funny to sleep with that sound every 30min), shower worked well but did almost fall off, you can hear the outside noise (people, traffic) very clearly. At least, it was as clean as possible in this torn down room. There would be a lot of work for the owner to renovate it, but to me it doesn't seem to be planned. So better look for another accomodation.

Bathroom were discusting, moldy, tile loose on tbe floor, sink not cleaned, bed full of hair, sand and left iver food, floor not cleaned, windows does not closed properly. Nothing in the kitchen works, no oven, dishwasher or range. This place needs a full makeover

The Golden Tram is in a fabulous location and the highlight is the on-site lift. However, the building, bedrooms, bathrooms etc are in serious need of renovation. I have stayed in far worse but it just feels neglected. The location is central which is a plus, but the negative is it's noisy 24/7

Nós não temos nenhuma publicidade ou informação de que temos uma piscina no nosso hostel.. Existem várias piscinas públicas em Lisboa, cerca de 15/25 minutos por transporte do metro.
