전 안갑니다 이곳은 다시.
장소만 좋음. 한국의 모텔보다 수준이 떨어짐. 방안에 날벌레가 날아다니고 방은 좁아서 제 와이프와 있기도 불편. 수건은 낡고 오래되어 흰색 수건이 회색이 된 상태. 와이파이 보안도 나빠, 공용 와이파이를 쓰다가 해킹까지 당함. 차라리 주변의 에어비앤비 아파트를 가는게 훨씬 효과적임. 아 직원들도 사람을 보면 회피하신다는.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to all the prime areas, with a selection restaurants/cafes close by and plenty of shopping. The bedroom was clean & tidy, perfect for a short stay however, the drainage system left a constant, unpleasant smell in the bathroom for the duration of the stay which lets the hotel down.

Hotel is really nice great breakfast only problem was we had a room in the front and at the square there are singers that are very loud and they don’t stop till midnight the first night you think it’s cool but the next night it’s annoying I asked the front desk if they had ear plugs of course no lovely big room and clean just can’t take the singing when you have walked all day

The hotel is on a very noisy square and there are musicians playing until after midnight. There are no amenities in the room, no hot water heater or anything like that. you have to pay a Euro to buy a Nespresso pod. It is cheaper to go to the cafe next door and buy a fresh espresso. The staff mostly ignored us. Chiado was a fun neighborhood, but i would stay somewere else.

Staff was ok. The room was clean. The room might need a redo shortly. However the price was right. Breakfast room was glorious. Lobby and back areas, fun and cool. Location was active and perfect.

Good location. Weird smell in the hallways/lobby but the room was fine. Quiet inside the room.

This hotel is in a first class area but is far from even second class. Don’t be fooled by the pictures - it’s not a neoclassical jewel that has been modernised but a clapped out tourist dive. My “double” had 2 single beds jammed together and it’s really an old single room so navigating round the other side of the room risked breaking your leg. It’s poorly furnished and appointed. Staff seem to be mostly students and unprofessional. I bailed a day earlier and coped it on flight change and hotel cost in london. On last day they didn’t even bother to clean room. Buyer beware.

the hotel is very close to subway station, shopping and dining is just a few steps away. There is always performance near the hotel. so it is nosy if you room is facing the subway station.

Hotel is in a great area for getting out and about in the city. but there was a smell in our room that seemed to come from piping in bathroom that was really annoying and front desk said there wasn't anything they could do about it.

The noise of all the doors. We were in room 408 and at all hours of the nights there was terrible noise above. The shower was leaking on the floor. The shower head is all rusty. Ours keys were deactivated 7 times during our stay. A coffee machine would have been the strick minimum.

It was a wonderful experience, my first time in Lisbon and the hotel location could not have been better. Staff very helpful and the hotel had a lovely lounge. My bedroom was very quiet and comfortable.

My room was perfect apart from the fact i needed more sockets to plug items into. I had to unplug a lamp to be able to charge my phone. Minor point bout assume most guests would have this issue.

Our room for 3 adults was spacious with a bonus game room. Beds were comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom. We were on top floor and the street noise will come thru (window didn’t close proper) busy streets with great options for food and iconic places.

This property was located in a great area! Able to walk to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. Walking into the hotel looked great. The room that I had could use a really good paint job! The walls were really dirty and the bathroom shower was poorly caulked.

Although we were originally assigned a much less than superior room, after discussion with the manager this was changed and we were assigned a very nice spacious room. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 6 years.

Love this hotel! It’s in the heart of Lisboa. Walk to everything and subway right at your doorstep. Some lounge areas to meet with friends or fellow travellers and the room was huge! And it’s had a beautiful balcony. So good. I’d happily stay again.

A fantastic location right in the heart of the action and 10 steps from the metro. Restaurants, shopping, tram 28 stop, must see sights…..all right there within a 2 min walk. We got upgraded rooms (can’t comment on the standard rooms) that overlooked the street. Loved the triple bedded room for my 3 kids. Even in January it was buzzing with street musicians every night. Was supposed to stay one night and then change to another hotel further away but chose to stay there for a few more nights and see all that we wanted to in the city because of the excellent location. Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful. Great lounge in the back to relax while your room is being cleaned (we got there at 10 am tired from a flight overseas). Luggage storage was a breeze when we got there and when we checked out. The drawbacks: overly excited tourists coming back from the bars in the wee hours of the morning screaming or talking loudly that interrupted our sleep (expected due to central location). But it really is part of being in the centre of it all. The other thing is that there is no coffee maker in the room (but the restaurants and cafe are literally 3 steps from the hotel doors) no iron or ironing board that can be brought up to the room. Toilet amenities are minimal (I always bring my own). Overall I’d stay here again if I was to come back as nothing can beat the location.

Lieu très bien situé mais un personnel peu souriant et une odeur très forte d’humidité dans les couleurs et à l’accueil. La salle de bain n’est pas équipée pour déposer une trousse de toilette. La nourriture du petit déjeuner n’est pas forcément refournie au fur et à mesure. Bonne literie et chambre propre.

Hôtel dans le centre de Lisbonne près de tout! Les lits dans l’hôtel étaient moyennement confortable et les oreillers étaient de très mauvaises qualités. Le buffet déjeuner était bien!
