There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself ...

Donโt come if youโre a family. Came last night and the restaurant doesnโt cater for children. Paid for a meal which my daughter couldnโt eat as it was over seasoned for adults then got asked for a tip. Central location with local choice of eateries. Spotlessly clean, just creaky floorboards due to the age of the building.

Wifi very poor. Poor selection of biscuits when the clubhouse is so remote and closed on an evening. Breakfast expensive for 1 sausage, 1 poached egg and two fatty rations of bacon and 1/2 a tomato & 1 slice of toast with no marmalade or butter.

The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

The whole experience was one of great things from the booking to arrival to the stay. Extremely comfortable with everything you would need and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Parking is a bonus in Cheltenham.
