“This was the worst all-inclusive resort experience we have ever had. Our Sun Club room was unacceptable upon arrival: hair and urine stains in the bathroom, dirty countertops and furniture, nail clippings, a dusty headboard, stained lamps, a dirty mini-fridge and ice bucket, used coffee cups, garbage under the bed, mold in the bathroom, and AC/water damage. We reported these issues and were promised a deep cleaning, but several problems remained. We ultimately sanitized the room ourselves....
